One of the best aspects of the monogatari series is that the arcs just get better and better the further in you get, this arc is the the earliest arc which ranks among my favourites. You have a lot to look forwards to.
Her weird narcissistic, body-focused comments about the beauty of her own feet as well as the booty shot are more examples of the self-consciousness and sexual tension she's experiencing the entire time she spends at Araragi's place. If you wanted to get more esoteric, you could also see it as that she's almost feeling his gaze on her, or rather wants to feel like he's still looking at her like he used to. During her talk about how cute the sisters are being about waking her up, she puts the camera under the bed where you can see where the bed was repaired after Tsukihi put a crowbar through it in Neko Kuro 1, which was a decidedly rude awakening - yet another indication that she knows a lot more than she's willing to admit to herself and the audience. Her fragmented view of Mamaragi and Papagahara, where she never gets a complete picture of the person, indicates how incomprehensible parental figures, especially positive ones, are to her. You see something similar with Papagahara in Bake 12 from Araragi's POV, but it's more distant and impersonal, which goes along with Araragi expecting Papagahara to be judgmental and disapproving. Also, the black and white clock in Araragi's room has always been there. It also gets focus during Nise 8, for obvious reasons. And about your question regarding the bath scene last episode - after first objecting and then doing it with Senjou, it just became her new normal just like that. I'm sure she also enjoys just being that close with anyone at this point, but then it's undercut by Tsukihi's line.
I really loved the way Hanekawa's character was just destroyed, first by Araragi's mum, then by Gaen, who just directly attacked her "I only know what I know" catchphrase. The character development here throughout this entire arc is just so complex.
I love Gaen's quirky design. And the fact that she shows only one of her eyes is probably a reflection of her omniscience. It's also interesting that Kako, a newborn oddity is already titled as the strongest oddity in history. Really puts things into perspective to how powerful and dangerous Hanekawa is. Just like how she made a fairly weak oddity like the cat into a dangerous one.
Gaen was mentioned by Kagenui during her introduction... she said she, oshino and kaiki had an upperclassmen who essentially mentored them or something like that...
28:30 btw not sure you noticed but these head tilts are famous thing in shaft animes 30:00 of course episode knows her, he nearly killed her 32:30 Kagenui Kaiki and Oshino were classmates, Gaen was the upperclassman that Kagenui mentioned in nise
Senjougahara did not want to ask someone else to host Hanekawa... Hanekawa herself should be the one to ask for help when she is in trouble... BUT... she never asked for help... she just happened to have a conversation with Karen... and it so happens Karen was "already thinking" to invite Hanekawa into her home... Hanekawa SHOULD be the one asking for help but that does not mean she can't accept the help offered...

Trauma = Torauma (Japanese katakana)
Tora = Tiger
Another little pun mentioned by Senjou.
To be even more specific...
Uma= Horse...
It is a HORSE sized tiger...

The author really love wordplay, the keyword here is yakimochi (envy) it has the word yaku in it which mean "to burn".
The graph of confidence/expertise you were referring to is called the Dunning-Kruger effect.
And Gaen is not humble at all.
omg hanekawa the witch of envy confirmed????
Gaen was mentioned by Kagenui during her introduction... she said she, oshino and kaiki had an upperclassmen who essentially mentored them or something like that...
Hanekawa alsways apears as the most adult one in Bake.
Thus I'm struck very hard how childish and juveneil she apears confronted by Mom-Aragi.

30:00 of course episode knows her, he nearly killed her
32:30 Kagenui Kaiki and Oshino were classmates, Gaen was the upperclassman that Kagenui mentioned in nise
3:30 Tsukihi's crowbar
Also, (Zoku Owari spoilers):
46:37 [22:25] - That's not the reason, right?
Dear pink, be extra studious with the flashing cards - especially next episode. it's worth the effort.
