(此食谱份量:2 - 3人)
✿材料
• 鱼片 400 克
• 大葱 1粒
• 凤梨罐头 1罐
• 番茄 1粒
• 红辣椒 1条
• 番茄酱 1碗
• 白糖 半汤匙
• 盐 少许
✿开锅前准备工作
将鱼片洗净抹上少许盐 备用
将洋葱洗净切片 备用
将番茄和辣椒洗净去除种子切片 备用
将凤梨罐头开罐,取出一碗的凤梨片和半碗凤梨水 备用(份量如视频)
✿步骤
1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
2. 加入已抹盐的鱼片下锅煎至两面金黄后起锅
===接下来准备酸甜酱汁===
3. 加入洋葱翻炒爆香
4. 加入番茄和辣椒翻炒片刻
5. 接着加入番茄酱和少许清水翻炒
6. 倒入半碗凤梨水和半汤匙的糖翻炒均匀
7. 将已煎好的鱼片放进锅中轻微翻炒
8. 加入一碗凤梨片稍微翻炒后起锅即可
完成品

[Mum’s Recipe] CNY Special Dish - Sweet & Sour Fish
(Suitable for 2 - 3 people)
✿Ingredients
• 400g of Fish Slices
• 1 Onion
• 1 Can of Preserved Pineapple
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Chili
• 1 Bowl of Tomato Sauce
• ½ Tablespoon of White Sugar
• A Pinch of Salt
✿Pre-preparation
Rub the fish slices with a bit salt
Wash and cut the onions into slices
Wash and remove the seeds from tomato and chilis, cut into slices
Open the can of preserved pineapple (portion size as video)
✿Steps
1. Firstly, put some oil into the wok and heat it up.
2. Fry the seasoned fish slices until both sides turn golden.
===Preparing for the sweet & sour sauce===
3. Add in onion to the wok and stir fry.
4. Add tomato & chilis and stir fry.
5. Add tomato sauce & fresh water and stir fry.
6. Pour in ½ bowl of preserved pineapple juice & ½ tablespoon of white sugar and stir fry.
7. Add the fish slices into the wok and gently stir fry.
8. Lastly, add 1 bowl pineapple slices into it and stir fry, dish is completed.
Completed!

hi, may i know where you buy the wok? is it stainless steel or aluminum. it looks so good n non stick n easy to cook food in it. looks very nice too.
