    Good content and delivery but handful of filler words such as “like you know” or “like” drag down. Start to deliver without fillers or edit them out and it will sound a notch higher. Good luck.

    How much did the Silicon Valley banks going broke affect Indian students, was this a targeting set-up. It is smart to have helpful videos like this to educate the Indian diaspora. Communication is very important.

    This video is really helpful, but I'm confused about one thing: you said that we should apply for jobs from Day 0. So, should one apply with their last job experience and education? Reg. Master's, we just say enrolled or not mention it? Would the companies consider the candidate only for jobs that are of the level of their previous education or work ex.? If selected, the student drops out of the program?

      😂cuz in india people get less salary. And even u get high salary then ur tax money goes to politicians pocket. Life style in india is shit. Poor traffic, bad roads, garbage and shit on road, overcrowded public transport, Nepotism in film industry, arts, politics, business field hence except white collar skill jobs there are no jobs for high salary. Only thing is good in india is cheap public transport and healthcare system.

    I'm in India (B Tech grad). I did everything mentioned in the video but got very little response from companies. Failed to crack job interviews and got stuck at a job with an unsatisfactory salary (software role but still). Whenever I ask someone for suggestions (reached out to most of my contacts), it's something that I have already heard before and implemented. Messaged 100+ people on Linkedin IN 2024 ALONE. Messaged 1000+ people in total on Linkedin.
    Also I'm losing touch with interview skills due to not getting interview calls (mock interviews help only to an extent). If anyone has constructive suggestions to tell or is willing to help, kindly do let me know.

    • @ScholarStrategyTV
      @ScholarStrategyTV  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Are you getting interview calls or is your resume itself not getting shortlisted?

    • @anish_19099
      @anish_19099 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      1-2% response rate.. total 3 interview calls in 2024. And with MNCs, 0% response rate. If this is my situation in India, will I face an inclusive and positive experience if I go for MS in the USA?
      I'm already assuming the worst. I have never been afraid of competition, but if I don't face a constructive experience, it's impossible for me to improve myself.

    • @cookmaster3626
      @cookmaster3626 ปีที่แล้ว

      if you are planning to come to US go for computer science, or Masters in EE (electronics ) or Data Analytics. don't go for Information Technology- saturated with too many H1Bs from India. In the SCM field, in my work place out of about 40 plus people not a single one has a SCM specialization. Why i am saying this is SCM jobs are easy to fill with business majors or any major for that matter with learned or acquired knowledge of procurement back ground. Again this is my opinion. When you come to US to get a green card or a job towards that, you need to be pursuing CSE, EE or data analytics or may be cyber security@@arulannad

    Hinglish is amusing to a western audience! I live in Australia, and it still has to come to terms with people who are not the same colour and speak with an accent. Foreign students are serving a dual purpose. Firstly they are keeping foreign staff in education positions and secondly they have to accept any job. Slave labour! Come and see for yourself!

    Apart from EGO Massaging , what is that US education brings to the table ? Entire life you have to carry your passport in your pocket . Living in a country where you are NOT welcome is really painful . Stay home -- Be a good citizen of BHARAT .. That is most important .. BHARAT is the cradle of new technology going forward . Work here -- Enjoy life -- contribute to the country -- NRIs are relocating to BHARAT .. The pain associated with JOB hunting ? not worth it.
