Well I guess we can see where the mechazoid will go now, The new JSA faction that probably won't have any other tag. I guess in that instance it's a really good tag and I'll take it haha. It's crazy how quick CB move these days
@@the_infinitygamerI would still like to see an overall big bad faction, as I think it’s the Villians that provide the anchor and interest for a setting. Good/neutral guys are ok, but is the villains that are most interesting!
In the CB GenCon video, Bostria said they're changing the JSA logo because the current one has "some imperial Japan things that we don't like". Two things: 1. But the entire setting of N5 is a massive land-grab on a new planet by warring factions, spearheaded by the JSA??? And will there be a native alien population that fights against being colonised? Hmmm... 2. If they don't like the very slight implication of imperialism the JSA logo bears, I don't like the chances of the Jade Emperor's "Imperial Secret Service" surviving N5 intact...😂
It makes marketing the game in an entire region of the world basically impossible. Almost all of Asia has very hard feelings related to that flag and if its a major marketing component of N5 its basically dead in an entire region, it makes complete sense as a business.
@@Smannyable fair. It'll be interesting to see what they do with TAK going forward. I imagine that Russian sales probably exceed all of Ukraine/Baltics etc put together. Or maybe not - Poland's pretty into Infinity. But then again, why bother even making it an issue? Just let TAK quietly keep plodding along under the radar
@@Smannyable although, my critique was mostly about the new setting - and JSA - being hyper-colonial, juxtaposed onto the comment about Imperial Japan. It just remains to be seen whether any current residents of that planet are going to get subjugated.
Thanks for the video!
You’re so welcome
I'm hoping we get an updated Scarface and Cordelia personally 😁
I’m sure it will come and be in hard plastic
Hopefully the warcor programme kicks in again
Hope so! Might also mean more FLGS owners feel comfortable running demos.

Hahaha it’s all starting to make sense!
So who will be the antagonist in N5? Will it still be the Combined Army or someone else?
Ooooh good point! Or do we revert to each faction being the antagonist to each other in a race for power?

As somebody just starting back in with Tunguska… I’m already prepping to probably get squatted. Oldest sectiorial now for nomads.
I’m hopeful that they’ll get a fantastic new release and hype train like Bakunin did.
Corrgidor is the oldest. Tungususka has newer profiles added and may be OK.
@@paulmualdeave5063yeah Tunguska isn't even close in age.
Maybe less representative in ITS? But if the decider is SKU'S much of Corregidor is OOP.
There are only 3 ships in Nomads. So none of them are being squatted unless they destroy a ship. Which Could happen. But extremely unlikely.
@@paulmualdeave5063didnt Corrgidor get a code one release and refresh? That happened more recently then tunguska’s N3 refresh.
Link broke or the video has been removed
Hate an error that can’t be replicated. Both the IGC link and my page seem to be working.
@@the_infinitygamerno problem must be something on my end
@PoodlesWithGuns thanks for letting me know though. Huge panic when people can’t see a video!

It sounds as though the planet is being designed as pretty inhospitable requiring masks on units dwelling there. But who knows what they’ll find.
