Awesome. I am 56 years old and have decided to go to medical school. I plan to major in Biology and minor in Psychology. Biology for obvious reasons. Psychology because I have suffered from many psychological issues that have ruined the last 30 years of my life. Whether I get accepted or not, I can help myself in the process.

Zach, I cannot thank you enough for all these online lecture`s that you and your team have been doing consistently, helping me and countless other people get through medical school. Seeing your valuable content released throughout the years I could not help but notice how much you grew. I am certain that you lead a productive yet stressful life but burning the candle at both ends is exhausting. Take care of yourself and keep it up.

is it possible to insert an observation instrument (rhinoscope or endoscope) into the frontal sinus(s) cavity accessing from the anterior nasal opening directly into the frontal sinus cavity, or is there a bone wall preventing direct access?
