Same radiator I run.. look into the Mercedes Benz electric fan swap. Almost looks like it should have came on there from the factory, it fits the radiator so well. My car doesn’t get above 185 in the forsaken heat we have, in traffic.
Well I bought a Alloyworks radiator last week for my 92 Z28 and tried to install it today and found out that the transmission lines won't thread in to the radiator because they threaded the whole in mertic and not 1/2 20 standard threads so i say buy at your own risk.
Will put a 7 blade clutch fan on with a good Hayden clutch, they pull much more air at slow speeds.
Excellent review my friend, and that charger still sounds as good as ever
I have Cold-Case in my '71 Cuda and it works great in the Florida heat. Wasn't a perfect fit but it was very close.
Put a shroud on it and a hayden 2765 fan clutch ?
Yep, was gonna suggest adding a shroud. Can make a significant difference, concentrating the fan's pulling on the radiator.

love it man. keep up.
I dont believe the overheating issue your having in slow traffic is the cooling system, I had the same problem, turned out the timing was too advance.
I haven't heard about that before. I'll have to play with the timing and see what it does.
Put a transmission cooler in that car . I put a Radiator in my Duster busted the cooler tank in the Radiator.
