This was only a small part of an extensive restoration Sparrow Exteriors recently performed for a sweet couple in Roswell. We replaced the cedar shake roof with DaVinci Bellaforte Shake, replaced their gutters and added new debris covers, replaced a custom fabricated metal detail, replaced rotten wood, painted and more. The existing standing seam metal roof (along with much of the rest of the home’s exterior) was damaged by hail and had seen better days. The customer decided to phase out the old green panels and update it with a more rustic bare metal look to better accentuate the other architectural elements of the home.
