Atlanta Roof Leak Inspection

What goes on during a roof inspection or service call?
Sparrow Exteriors replaced this roof nearly four years ago after hail and high winds damaged it. We documented the damages and the insurance provider agreed, allowing for a complete replacement.
However, the client recently noticed a small amount of water was coming in through a roof leak. They called and we quickly came out to perform an inspection.
We noticed the roof was performing quite well, but a tree branch had fallen and punctured the shingles and decking. As this was not something covered by either our Warranty or the Manufacturer the client had us perform a repair. Now they're dry again and we were all too happy to help.
