Then along came Naresh Goyal, an NRI from London, who created an airline which changed the face of civil aviation in India.

India's first private airline service was East West airlines started by Takyuideen wahid.

it felt miraculous if one cleared turbulence and those propeller based crafts landed in in one piece.
East West initially was very good... as in Dawood/mafia pampered even the cabin crew... or at-least the female staff
in general... all cabin crew and pilots, technical hires well looked after.
passengers had decent travel (compared to other options then).

Mr goyal is a real hero.he started his life below poverty line and currently he feeds more than 25000 families
He took loan from SBI to feed those people nothing Hero about it!
