I recently found your video looking up quotes on how to ship freight. You’re enthusiastic about what you do and you have given a clear strategy and tips on what to look for. You’re very straightforward and clear about the steps and you have the receipts to prove it. I recently picked up four appliances from a kitchen remodel, all high-end Viking appliances for $800 tip for anybody out there the standard for a built-in wall oven is 30 inches. You may have a harder time selling the 27 inch built-in wall oven because the customer needs a custom sized cabinet. I wish everybody luck on their flipping journey👍🏼
They won't close! My apartment was built in the 40s and the hinges are from then as well. If I owned the place I would replace everything in that kitchen.
I do have a question how do you test 240 V Appliances do you have a generator that you use to test or do you have access to a 240 V outlet on its own circuit breaker? Also, when you test the gas ranges, do you have an adapter fitting that you can connect to a propane tank?
Hey hey, I do not test any of the appliances I buy as of now. I solely base my purchases off of the character or the person I buy from and the condition of the item
Watched your video, first item cook top. I looked it up while watching the video found one on facebook brand new 85 bucks picking it up tomorrow. thanks i hope it pans out :{D>
Hey i cancelled the meetup, price range for the piece differed to much and theres better alternatives, if i buy it i may not make much of anything and may be holding for awhile. not worth the risk. it was a GE 21" JP256@@TheResellingConsultant

I like the idea of selling higher priced items as opposed to a bunch of little items.
So much more time efficient!
Wow, this is awesome info, thank you so much! btw why are most of your kitchen cabinets open in all your vids LOL??

Dude as you said this I found a solar edge three phase inverter for $100, looks like $1000+
That’s awesome! Always double check those model numbers but a solar edge inverter for $100 is almost a no brainer
