Hi mam. I got a job offer in Swiggy instamart as a manager. I finished all the rounds, today was my final round with HR, but HR rejected me with a foolish reason that my father works in police department for that reason I have been rejected. Is it a valid reason for a HR to reject a candidate on this basis, is it acceptable? Due to my fathers profession why the HR rejected me in last round I am not understanding this, I am not understanding how to take it and what kind of message they are passing to the candidates and this is completely unethical. Please give me any suggestions for this issue please help me 🙏🙏🙏
