      The policy regarding EL accrual and usage typically varies from company to company and may be governed by local labor laws or company policies.
      In many organizations, employees start accruing leave from their date of joining, but they might be allowed to use it only after completing a certain probationary period or upon confirmation.
      Here are a few common scenarios:
      1) Accrual from Date of Joining: Some companies allow employees to start accruing leave from their date of joining. However, they might have to wait until they are confirmed or have completed their probation period before they can use the accrued leave.
      2) Usage After Confirmation: In many cases, employees can start using their accrued leave after they are confirmed in the organization. This means that even if they accrue leave from the day they join, they cannot use it until they have successfully completed their probation or confirmation period.
      3) Carry Forward to Next Year: Some companies allow employees to carry forward a certain amount of unused leave to the next year. This policy encourages employees to take their entitled leave within the same year but provides flexibility for exceptional cases.
      4) No Accrual or Usage Until Probation Completion: In some organizations, employees might not accrue any leave or be allowed to use any leave until they have completed their probation period. After confirmation, they start accruing leave from that point onwards.
      The specific policy regarding EL accrual and usage should be clearly mentioned in the employment contract or company handbook provided to the employee at the time of joining.
      Please check those policies.

      For freshers or new employees, the eligibility for Casual Leave can vary from company to company. It's usually a part of an employee's overall leave entitlement. When you're hired, your employment contract or the company's employee handbook should outline the details about leave policies, including how much Casual Leave you're entitled to and when you can start using it.
      Regarding employees who join in the middle of the year, again, this can vary depending on company policies. Some companies might provide a prorated amount of leave based on the time of year you join. For example, if the company's leave year runs from January to December and you join in June, you might receive half of the annual Casual Leave entitlement for that year.
      To get accurate and specific information about Casual Leave eligibility for freshers and mid-year joiners, I recommend checking your company's official documents such as the employee handbook, company policies, or directly asking your HR department. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information based on your organization's policies.
