There’s not actually toddler beds but they do have this tiny tint thing in the pack that both kids and toddlers can sleep in I got the pack today and seen they had it

The townies don't auto generate likes and dislikes that make sense, though.. and the team apparently can't be asked to update premade sims ever, either (e.g. no seasonal outfits for "old" premades like from Basegame worlds etc), so Bella Goth could randomly roll a hate for the colour red. I doubt anybody would think that's fitting for her.

i haven't even bought the pack but kayla's happiness and excitement is giving me even more enjoyment than actually playing the game itself lol
I tried out the pack and there are just SO many bugs. Like, it renders the game unplayable. If you speak to the clients before knocking on the door of the house, you can't actually go inside. The door gets bugged and I couldn't go in to take pictures or talk to the clients if they were inside. It also randomly ended the job I was doing as soon as the clients got back but before the reveal. The items in the pack are great, but there are just so many bugs.
I don’t know what it is but I think some people are just more likely to encounter glitches, I barely have any with even the super buggy packs and it’s the same with this one but then it makes other people’s games unplayable like you said
@@veeisntcool Same! The only glitches I’ve encountered across the whole game have been simple fixes like resetting a sim, or the fact that for some reason arresting resistance supporters in Batuu as a teen doesn’t ever work
Whenever I see people complain about bugs I’m so confused because it’s been such a smooth experience on my end. Even teaching my friends how to play the sims on their own PCs they discovered bugs I wasn’t even aware of. It sucks that the bugs can be so intense for some players
@@veeisntcool that's weird. great for you, but weird. the game normally runs pretty smooth for me, so I'm just not sure what is causing it
@@aliabrislen30 a lot of the time, bugs are much more common when the pack first comes out and they start to die down after its been out for a bit longer! I say just give it a little while and we can hope they fix it in a new update :)
I love that you're continuing to be experimental with your style! You and I both know you can build a blue suburban, blindfolded with your arms tied behind your back but it takes vulnerability to try something new on such a big platform with everyone watching. Good on ya, Kayla!

What I love about the new stuff is that, as Kayla said, it's inspired by Ikea and therefore, realistic. I'm tired of having fancy or weird or unrealistic things. I want normal furniture that makes sense and that could exist in the real world.
I love kayla, I feel like she’s the content creator that’s keeps the sims community positive. she doesn’t surround her channel in the negativity of the sims nor does she feed into it. She’s so positive, you can tell she’s passionate about this game and that she genuinely enjoys playing it. Thank you for your videos kayla because without them I just wouldn’t watch sims content anymore

So many pillars of the Sims community are disappointed with this pack: Carls's Sims 4 Guide, Plumbella, etc. I have to say....I agree with them!
They’re always disappointed. I take it with a grain of salt.

Plumbella NEVER has anything good to say about anything, anyway. I stopped following her because of how negative she is. You can be critical and not like something, but her negativity is just arrogant at this point.
literally people only want to see the sims fail. they’ll never make everyone happy, and aside from the bugs and lack of male cas, this pack is really good. people are expecting a whole new game or something. it’s a game pack, it came with an enormous amount of build content along with integrating likes and dislikes into base game AND this pack. it’s a game pack not an expansion

Not really. I'm what I call a 'buyer' not 'builder.' I can't for the life of me build a house structure well. But I love decorating homes. Also I love HGTV and it's nice to live out some dreams. No pack can be for everyone, but this is the first one in a while I felt like was for me

I love the community Simsie has, if there's something she doesn't like she is critical without being negative or overly annoying about it. I'm so tired of this communitys negativity and whining over everything, but simsie is that ray of sunshine tjat just makes my day better!!
i agree! some people just have to realize that the sims is catering to A LOT of different people. Like for example, occult packs are not for me. I bought vampires for whatever reason, but I knew not to buy Realm of Magic because I knew I would never use it. It’s that simple. Not every pack is going to please everyone, thats the reality of it.
Also I had to come back to the video a second time just to make sure Rick is still there. I know you keep saying he's seasonal, he's only here for May, but how're you gonna give Rick up??

If you want the roof to be even less annoying: put it on the floor above and drag the overhangs super long, then to fill in the gaps just put 1-wide roof pieces in all of the corners. Aside from the corner pieces, the roof will be completely invisible when you're playing in it.
finally some useful trendy furniture with good swatches! now all we need is gameplay and THEN the sims 4 might finally be complete

Snowy Escape. Dream Home Design is still unfinished and seriously buggy right now.
They both lack a lot of game play and they both have a amazing build mode. Personally I like the career and furniture in dream home decorator better so I would buy that, but my game isn’t bugging which isn’t the case for everyone (also I really like building)
