Very nice ! The changes in roof lines and the carport make it look less like an office building than most modern designs. Though for American tastes, that would be a lot of rooms to fit into 1900sf total. I'd probably reduce it to 3br 2ba by making the rear bath the master closet and the middle right bedroom split into a 10'x12' master bath and 6'x10' walk-in pantry for meat freezer and cases of wine and bottled water plus 6'x4' walk-in hall/linen closet. Your designs never seem to have enough places for the vacuum cleaner, mops, brooms, the monster packs of toilet paper and paper towels, or linens. Then split the left middle bedroom into a large 18'x7' 2nd bath with separate tub and shower and a 18'x5' laundry/utility room. Eliminate the two front-most baths and the wall between kitchen and living room. That would give me a great room 21'x28', a larger 13'x12' front bedroom with 5'x8' walk-in closet, a walk-in pantry, and a dedicated laundry. Americans don't put laundry in the kitchen unless there is no place else for it, we don't want to smell dirty underwear and socks around food. Plus, where is the large tile covered murder room ? (Just kidding)
