- Traveling along the Oxley Highway in the Northern Tablelands Region, NSW you'd be crazy not to drop in and visit this spot. The landscape is out of this world, massive waterfalls and deep gorges its well worth the walk to take it all in.
It has a great National Parks campground for a small fee and the firewood supplied when I camped there.
Do yourselves a favour and call in and pay this place a visit.

Mate, your camping style in the troopy is almost exactly the same as mine in my defender. From Canberra, so I’ve been to a lot of the same places. Keep exploring and posting.

Can't blame it. Been carrying this Behemoth physique around for 50 years.
Once mended want to try do about 1 or 2 a month

That waterfall was epic. And thanks for rolling the dice on the drone battery, glad we got to see it. I always like seeing your approach to camping, nothing over the top. Good motivation for those of us without all the catalogue kit 👍

I’ve seen some pictures, it would be a sight to see in real life. Good quality firewood not like we had at Pebbly, it actually burned. 👍🏼

Thanks again for another great adventure. That was one awesome place the waterfalls we just amazing and the drone footage was wonderful. The drone gives a great birds eye few and gives a better understanding of where all the water comes from to making the falls flow. Thanks and don't for get to charge and take extra batters for next time you did a great job filming anyway Cheers

This area is just a quick blast up the highway from where I live, I've only been there once but it's such a beautiful area. I really need to go back again and spend some more time to actually see everything.

There are some truly amazing places in Oz. Thanks for this upload. Was in Armidale several years back, and there are walks everywhere. Due back that way in the next week or so, heading to Glouchester, as this one is on the way, will check it out! Thanks for the awesome video, Gav and lower falls and deep hole look spectacular, scary too, but what a reward when you see it.
It’s was amazing, the upper falls looked awesome, then as you said I seen the lower falls and I was blown away. It’s definitely worth stopping in for a look.

Great vid as always, what size is your swag 900 or 1100 wide, and what camp stretcher do you use under it?
Paul, it’s 1100 mate, the stretcher is a Oztent Rs-1S. It’s slightly smaller then the swag, but it’s the best fit I could find.

Good stuff mate, nothing wrong with being a dick head from time to time. That second waterfall looked impressive even on camera. Lol with the low drone battery, i know the feeling, certainly gets the old heart pumping thats for sure!
