    I love that your meals are realistic. They are easy to make. And they taste good. That is what I need to keep it up.

    I think it is great that you can maintain weight loss using white rice. I always thought that white rice being high glycemic is an easy weight gainer, but when you pair it with legumes and veggies it benefits weight loss.

      Yeah it’s fine for weight loss. Brown is more nutritious and has more fiber…but sometimes I just don’t want brown ya know 😂

    hello~
    I have only seen one other video. But you have inspired me to keep more frozen stuff. Cause its easy and the food is hearty and warming and lovely to eat. And its really just simple. Thank you. The frozen veg makes all the difference for ease of eating this way. I am going to freeze a bunch of grain (brown rice and such in 1 cup serving sizes.

    For those who don't wanna add sugar, you can add cacao or carob powder ! Not only it makes it creamier, but it also adds a sweetness to it! I love that combination!

    Hi Tia. Is there a way to prep the oats to stop them having a slimy texture? I love oats but I find I can't stand the texture of overnight oats.x

    Hi Tia I was wondering if you do intermittent fasting and what do you think about that?

    • @HealthyVeganMama
      @HealthyVeganMama  3 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      I do not, it back fires on me. It definitely has great health benefits; however, for weight loss it is not needed. Like I mentioned ruined for me it back fired and I get so hungry I end up eating so much food that I eat more calories and put myself in a surplus. But if you find it works for you that’s great.

      That's the opposite that happened to me! I was prediabetic prior to being plant-based, and it's all back to normal now! You're seeing carbs, i'm seeing fiber.

      @ we’re you eating only whole plant foods? Or did you have oil and “vegan” prepackaged foods?
