I like how her parents are slowly getting comfortable on camera, when I started watching her they wouldn’t even make a sound or show up.

i think homecooked meals are something we’re not grateful enough for. my parents both work but also put in the effort to have at least one home cooked meal a day. im so grateful.
Same my parents cook really well, but they both work and we wake up and go to sleep at different times, so our breakfast and dinner we make ourselves. But lunch is sooo good

I know this might be real random to say but since their r so many things happening in this world and everything is so rough. This whole world is collapsing slowly because of us and we don’t deserve this one. But only Jesus is able to help us through these rough times. Hear me out, I used to be a porn hub addict. I used to steal, I used to be lesbian, I used to be so toxic and mean to ppl. I did many bad things in the past but at one point I felt like killing myself and just ending it bc I thought that this was the best way to handle life. But what made me realize was that doing that was for cowards. Not facing this world and it’s struggles was cowardly. And God was my light in these struggles. He did miracles in my life just because I LET HIM INN MY LIFE. I accepted his son as my savior because HEEE did die for us. He suffered so much, bleed and weeped in the cross. Everyone laughed at him when all he wanted to do was spread love. This world hates him more because the devil has us all wrapped up in his finger. And whether God is more powerful then the devil. He gives him free will to do whatever he wants. Although at the end he had a punishment to die in hell for eternity when this world dies. Same with millions and millions of people who are going to hell. But I will tell u now that u won’t have any regret having the King of this world as ur best friend. Try talking to him one day and showing him affection truly and I PROMISE you will notice urself changing. I’ve had no protection until God came into my life. That evil eye 🧿 people say that protects u is part of the devils trap. People say it protects u bur the only thing I saw that eye doing was letting dark spirits in. The devils spirits in ur room. It’s so much about this world that the devil has. I just want people to open there eyes because Jesus is the ONLY ONLY way. Research more About Jesus and you will find a lot of things

I actually wasn't paying attention to the subtitles at first and got sad when you covered it up because I was admiring how pretty it is 😭💕 I've found your videos only recently and this might be completely misreading but you seem insecure about how you look and I just wanted to say I hope you'll come to see yourself how others see you: cute, funny, gorgeous, and very endearing! Well, she doesn’t eat a lot. It’s simple, math:
eat less calories then you burn =you loose weight. Eat more calories then you burn/your TDEE = gain weight. Stay in a calorie deficit and you loose weight or eat your maintains calories.
Maybe the food is processed etc. but in the end of the day she is not consuming THAT many calories, so obviously she won’t gain from it (:
You can eat literally anything as long it’s within your TDEE and you won’t gain from it (like me. I eat pizza etc. but don’t gain because it’s within my body’s calories needs. Example: I know my body will maintain it’s weight when eating 1800kcal a day. So I can eat everything I want as long it’s under that number, you know) ^^
I think it’s because she’s only having two big meals a day and maybe snacks, so therefore the calories don’t add up
She doesn’t eat processed food as much as she eats foods with vitamins and nutrients, for example if you watch other what i eat in a day, you can see that she has a balanced diet, she eats more than 5 fruits a day (the recommended amount of fruit/veg per day) and she gets in all the other things that are required in a healthy diet, she eats snacks that are unhealthy but they are cancelled out by her healthy diet, there are also things like metabolism which you have to consider, for example if she has a fast metabolism she will burn off food faster which keeps her skinny, and also i think good genes and a good skincare routine can explain her clear skin. Some people just think that a salad is okay in maintaining a healthy diet however it isn’t, if all someone eats is salad it can lead to malnutrition, her mix of all food groups (carbohydrates, fats and sugars, dairy, vitamins and minerals and protein) is really healthy, also you need to think about exercise and how many calories she burns just moving around.
