I just realized that though I was thinking I would like the braking power of a 180mm rotor on the back, the only reason it's possible on the front is because of the fork upgrade and the only size that would work for the back would be 160mm? I'm fine to mix the pit bike brake that comes with the fork kit with a Zoom style brake for the rear, but I was thinking a matching pit bike lever for the rear would be better, I could get my own rotor separate if I need to, I would just need an idea of where to get that pit bike lever and caliper for the rear and confirm it would be a 2mm thick, 160mm rotor that would work The link you posted above looks nice, and I see a lot of similar kits, but how can you verify they fit the razor 48mm bolt pattern? Have you tried that specific kit yourself? Thanks for your time man, love the vids and all the help to make my razor even better.

I’m actually in the same boat. I’m looking for shorter forks too. I found this company “piranha” that does shorter forks, like 530mm. You can also find all kinds of fork options on AliExpress. But they might not get to your house till Christmas 😂

I’m pretty sure there is an option for that. I just reached out to the guys at ROD and it looks like they are currently sold out of the kit with the zoom brake adaptors.
From what I can tell they are springs. I didn’t any adjustability anywner. As far as my preference… I’d say they are pretty dang close in comparison. It would be a pick of what color I like best honestly because they are so close. The ROD kit comes with everything you need to bolt it on a razor which is nice.

Hey! Thank you for the question! I have installed both of these forks on two different bikes and with the same DNM you have. If you go to I think it is…my very very first video I have a walk around of a 650 with the ROD forks installed and that rear shock to give you an idea of stance. I also have it in a couple of the shorts videos. I love the posture of the bike with this suspension set up. 👍 thank you for watching! 🙏

I’m pretty sure there is an option for that. I just reached out to the guys at ROD and it looks like they are currently sold out of the kit with the zoom brake adaptors.
