Sachiaki Takamiya is a writer and the creator of Ikigai Diet and Ikigai Bio-Hacking. Do you eat natto everyday
No, I personally don't eat natto every day. You can eat natto every day, though. In my case, I have a different diet during the week and the weekend. Mostly plant-based during the week and animal-including on the weekend. So, I eat natto just during the week.
