Hi! Just bought a new EXL and finding your videos very informative. Do you know if there is a way to turn off the trunk lights that come on when the hatch is open?
I didn't think about this until now. I havent try this myself yet. Maybe the lights won't come on while the Dome lights are off while to doors are open. There should be the switch above the rear view mirror. Let us know if this worked please 🙏

The EX doesn't have the HomeLink or garage door opener standard but can be an added feature at your local Honda Dealership. The EX-L and Touring have it. If you haven't watched it yet, I have a walk-around video on that showing all the standard features and functions

The little heat button is on the right-hand side of the steering wheel.
Do you have a video on how to hook up the phone and use voice calling? Also do you have to have you home plugged in to use all of the features? In my Camry the only time I had to have my phone plugged in is when I was using the apple car play

Apple carplay isnt wireless but you do have a wireless charger. Thank you for watching
3-key combination... Cool. Just curious, what's the CPU and internal memory... Will I deplete the memory if I run too many apps or it will automatically only keep one running and kill all the other nonessential ones?
I couldn't find anything in the owners manual.

Hey! Great video. When I try to open TH-cam via the internet browser in the car, it tells me to update browser. How do I fix that/update it?
When I select mine, it auto updated while connected to hotspot.

Is there a firmware update for the 2022 Honda CRV Touring and a 2023 Ridgeline Black Edition
That's something that would have to be googled. American Honda also has a video showing how to do so as well.
Is there any way to turn on the back seat/rear interior light from the front seat/dash area? 1st time Honda owner and I really miss this feature. Previous vehicles always had a switch on the dash.

Very good, Chris. I have one major problem! I have all my music on a flash drive but every time I start the car it plays the same first track. I can then select Random but I want to make Random the default. How can I do this? I can't select the hidden menus, perhaps because I'm in New Zealand and my 2022 CRV Touring is different? Thanks!
It could be different from the American Honda Market. The same goes for the features and trim levels
Information screen question on '22 Touring (Hybrid)... how can one have the navigation running (with map) and see information about what is play on radio (in our case, the XM radio)? Prior CR-V's had navigation screen and then the clock/mileage/music data screen on the dashboard.

Do you know if we can turn off the keyless entry? My car got broken into and they didn't break a window...so I am thinking it may have to do with keyless entry?? Thoughts and tips from the expert?
The Keyless Entry feature only works when the vehicle is next to the vehicle. I'm guessing the it could have been the walk-away auto lock feature didn't engage because it didn't since the key fob while walking away. So the vehicle didn't lock because it wasn't sure if the fob was inside or out of the vehicle.
@@CrazyAutoChris Thanks for getting back to me. I always go ahead swipe the door as I leave and see the red light flashing before I leave the vehicle. So I am not sure how they got in. But it was pretty creepy! I also park on the street in NYC all the time, so I don't always park near where I live. So can I actually disengage the keyless entry? or just all the doors opening when I approach? Appreciate your help.

I have CRV EXL 2022 and there are 4 back parking sensors but there is no Parking sensor button and it doesn't beep. How to turn it on since they are already existing on the back bumper?
Parking Sensors were not standard on that vehicle but could be added to the vehicle as an accessory. If a Honda dealership installed them, there should be a button in the cargo area on the side wall which turns on/off the beeps. That's where I would start looking.
How do you turn off the lights in the back of a Honda CRV. Like if you have the tailgate open tailgating
It should be connected to the same switch for the dome lights

You can connect other devices to the device that created/enable the Hotspot.
Awesome video. I use to have a 2018 accord touring. It beeps when I was reversing n getting close to an object. Just bought a 2022 crv exl. Does this one have that capability?
The CRV doesn't have parking sensors.

3 key combination for internet browser.. when I try to press all three keys at the same time, the hidden menu doesn’t show up. It just allows me to rearrange the home menu. Can you help me with that? Maybe something’s wrong with my fingers
It could be a time ⏲️ thing.. like how long you're holding them.. hard to say without being there. Maybe a friend or family member can try to see if they get the same results. Sorry.

Every garage door unit is different, you can find a video base on your door unit for a 2011 accord and it will still work for you.
A question; The 2022 Honda C-RV doesn't come with inbuilt in wifi hotspot. How do you get this installed?

Voice commands are always crazy. I also have trouble with them on my phone and Alexa devices at home.
How do you update the web browser...i cant watch youtube videos bc it says web browser is out of date.

Yeah that would be great bc i cant even find the name of the browser. When i click on a link to download a different browser the downloads section is empty or wont open anything.

I don't know if you can within the 2023 year models. It may also vary on the trim because the touchscreens are different as well.

@Crazy Honda Chris good video for showing everything for the crv. It's crazy because for my 2016 crv I had the web browser on it. Also I am not able to install any apk files the install button is all grayed out as well

Hello. I have a CRV xl 2022 and my trunck doesn’t open like that
You may have a different trim level that doesn't have a powered tailgate (which is only available on the EX-L and Touring trims) Thank you for your support and subscribing to the channel.
I realized that since yesterday my CRV keep searching for Bluetooth device. I disconnected both the iPhone from the car and trying to reconnect the Bluetooth. The car is not sending any prompt message to pair any device even my tablet. What can I do?
These situations aren't easy to help without seeing it. I would contact your salesperson for assistance to see which system/device is the problem child in this.

i got my Crv EX, my first honda and i was really excited about the car, unfortunately on the fifth day the car wouldn't start, multiple lights came on on the screen and i had to call the support number to have the car towed to the car dealer…. diagnosis, defective battery, I really felt very frustrated, I hope and it is not a vehicle with many defects

The satellite navigation is located on the touchscreen on the touring trim. Lower trim levels don't have this feature but have apple car play and android auto. Thank you for watching

I have one cd I put in a CD player That’s all I ever listened to and all I ever play I can have a radio for the weather but that’s pretty much it
Hopefully this goes between you and me my 2002 was designed by a woman it had a lot of cubby holes and little places to put things and keep it neat the 2014 was designed by a man they took out all the things that make a woman want the car. Now it’s just prettier trim than Toyota or prettier trim than the next car that’s all it is they ruined it
