How to support baby's head and neck in while in a Close Caboo baby carrier.

The Close parent Caboo is an absolutely fabulous newborn carrier. But one question I get time and time again from parents is how do you support babies head while in the carrier. Often parents are worried there isn't enough support and so feel like they need to hold. But this is really solvable with a few simple tweaks which I show here.
