Greetings i was just hired with a company i was hired as a shift manager. The person whom hired me was very kind and professional. Then that person's boss walked in was rude and decided that person didnt want me to be hired as manager changed my paperwork to crew members position. Also i am in my training point. As of today was my first day of orientation by law, do i have a case can i sue for discrimination?
