This lectures of Darius Clark are the best. He is able to explain this complicated subject in the way any student can understand and can grasp this knowledge.. I have tried different courses but Darius has become my top one. I will recommend Darius's lectures course for my friends for sure.
Since it’s an exchange, you would expect that the amount realized would be equal to the fair value of what is given up, otherwise it’s not an even exchange.
