Interesting and true story. Many years ago, when I was just a kid, my dad was a regional sales manager for Allstate Insurance, after leaving the military. One of the perks for me was going on trips to golf courses with him, because at the time, it was the thing for people in his position to do. Go golfing. He met Adam West (60's Batman) and Burgess Meredith (The Penguin in the 60's Batman series). Then he won some big award for his work and took me on a trip that actually involved lunch with Arnold Palmer. I don't remember clearly if it was Georgia or Alabama. We sat beside him on either side. If I'm remembering correctly (it was a long time ago), we played golf with him...well, my dad did and I essentially rode around in a golf cart and watched, maybe putted a few balls.. Interesting and true story. Many years ago, when I was just a kid, my dad was a regional sales manager for Allstate Insurance, after leaving the military. One of the perks for me was going on trips to golf courses with him, because at the time, it was the thing for people in his position to do. Go golfing. He met Adam West (60's Batman) and Burgess Meredith (The Penguin in the 60's Batman series). Then he won some big award for his work and took me on a trip that actually involved lunch with Arnold Palmer. I don't remember clearly if it was Georgia or Alabama. We sat beside him on either side. If I'm remembering correctly (it was a long time ago), we played golf with him...well, my dad did and I essentially rode around in a golf cart and watched, maybe putted a few balls.. He was an very kind person, a golf hero, and he gave me an autographed photo. Okay, publicity for him maybe, but the man I met was NOT the kind of man to fall for trump b.s. It irritates me that the likes of trump refers to Arnold...uses his name...and thinks that Arnold would support the likes of trump. This really pisses me off! Anyway, good job Seth.
