Such behavior was seen right before Killua went in with Alluka and Silva said that that was from somewhere else, and Killua said Nanika was but not Alluka. Maybe it was a different time but that happened. Anyway point is it's not known for sure, although there is some very in-depth speculation.
What I meant was that they could see Alluka as just Nanika, and they see Nanika as an object(hence the name), and use a default pronoun. They clearly despise Alluka, so they wouldn't just default to a male pronoun for anyone.

As for Alluka, I would go to believe Killua. Killua actually loves her and thinks of her as family, whereas everyone else in his family thinks of her as a dangerous object, so it would make sense for the Zoldyck family to refer to her informally.
Regarding #48, you have to remember that unlike Killua when he felt Pitou's aura, Knov was in a state of Zetsu and had absolutely no protection from Pouf's aura. And I think it was mentioned somewhere that Pouf's aura was even worse than Pitou's.
Fact 100: ging was 12 when he took his hunter exam. I don't think he would be that tall at that age considering how short gon is. Killua was the only person to pass his hunter exam as well so there is good chance that this was another random talented dude or maybe might even be kite. Its anyone's guess

For the Alluka thing: A lot like to think that yes, Killua loves her more so he calls her a girl, but anatomically her birth gender was male and she simply identifies as female, which explains why her own mother refers to her as a boy because... well she is, but since Killua sees her as a person and not a wish tool... that.
they stated this in the story, Alluka was born male but Nanika is female so Alluka felt like she was supposed to be female too. basically Alluka transitioned into a female. Kalluto is a male, but made is appearance more feminine because she want to be closer to Killua. He thinks that because Alluka is more feminine and closer to Killua, if he becomes more feminine then he can get closer to Killua. Kalluto pretty much envies Alluka for being closer to him.
Everyone loves Killua in the family because he has light hair, meaning he's the "prodigy" out of the new generation. Kalluto is close to his mother and follows her almost everywhere.
