I just got to try out the cloudspike 1500m at a 3000m open and it was fast. I got a 35 second pb. It felt so cushioned and bouncy and thats from someone who usually wears dragonflies. Would've bought them but they didn't have my size in stock 😥
@@just_mls It could easily do a 5k. The 10000 might be a better option as I think it has slightly more cushioning but I think that either would be fast options and it probably is personal preference.
Both of those spikes look very promising, but I’ve heard mixed reviews on the durability of these. It’ll be interesting to see how the durability holds up on them
Great vid and the spikes look great too! For an outdoor track 5,000m, would you choose Cloudspike 10,000 or NB LD-X or Dragonfly? What would be your preference for a 3,000m and, also, 1500m? Many thanks
They do a xc version I believe but I’ve used these exact shoes for cross. As long as you get the spike length right for the conditions you shouldn’t have any issues
4 uploads in 5 days? we here for it!
Back properly now 🤞🏻😂
@@BenIsRunning Hi do you think these on 10,000m will be suitable for xc?
Clicking on , liking but saving for another time. You're really nailing the upload schedule. Only just watched your video from yesterday.

I don’t think many spikes are know for durability. All I can say is they felt fast at this stage🤪
Thanks! Great video Ben! quick question: do you use socks in spikes? ( I also see people go bearfoot in vaporflys!)

Could you use them for cross country?
