    In this video, you learn the secrets to control your mind and through the use of this guided meditation you can become in charge of your own thoughts!
    The guided meditation begins at 5:30 - let it guide you towards mastery, training the skill of controlling your mind.
    I created this video to help people that are trying to grow and improve, those that wish to take charge of their thoughts. I know from personal experience that meditation can be quite difficult, so I wanted to make it extremely simple for all of you to train your mind by following this session.
    This meditation can work for beginners as well as intermediates, but it's most useful when you are just starting out with the practice of mindfulness. If you keep coming back to this session you will master your thoughts and mind in no time!
    Once again, the actual meditation begins at 5:30 - so you can skip straight there when you're coming back to repeat the session. The more you do it, the stronger your mind becomes, and more focus will arise.

    I have been using this guided mediation from last 3 years. When my mind is stressed and feels restless, I do this meditation and it works like a magic. Iam again back to work with pleasant mind. Thanks a lot Rafael for this wonderful mediation video 🙏

    Had an awsum experience. This excercise is really helpful in training the mind to focus well and not to wander off thinking of all the negative stuff. Surely will help people with a chaotic mind and the ones who are dealing with over thinking

      @@garysimone4977 Morning! Yes, every day during the week. I need to get better at setting time aside on the weekends as I know the benefit would be even greater! I can feel that consistency is key. If you find that you have stumbled due to circumstances in your environment during your progress, keep meditating. You won't have lost any progress while handling your buisness. In fact, you might be surprised at how much stronger you are :D Have a great day!

    This is a testimony,I struggled with intrusive thoughts and I didn't know how to control them.However,after getting exposed to this fantastic video.IT CHANGED MY LIFE!.The results were not instant and I struggled for at least 4 months,but I kept going!Don't give up,your mind will eventually give in,becuase you are what you do everyday, not what you think! Stay positive everyone, and remember change is inevitable!

    This lockdown has screwed up my mind totally,it’s not in my hands anymore.I WAS a very conscious person but not anymore,my mind is dumped with so many BAD thoughts,I was a person who can fall asleep just within a minute after going to bed but now my mind goes for a world trip and comes back whenever it wants and there goes my sleep,peace and health!🥲
    Random thoughts pop up in my mind just a minute after I start studying🥺,I try hard to bring back my peace and clear my mind which kills half of my time.
    This lockdown has effected people’s mental health a lot.
    I wish this video helps me to get back to my own self.I want to be me again! I will start doing this from today!
