We see the artist’s eye kick in when you’ve finished a functional prune and the long growth is knocked down to reveal the true landscape. That’s where we see magic happen as you then create the aesthetic prune and cuts to give the yard and gardens a beautiful flow from section to section. Your work is just so lovely, George! So, on one hand, the current tenant needed a yard neatening for an end of lease situation. On the other, the yard had become overgrown over the years and even parts forgotten or lost...so it needed renewal to a fair degree. Interesting to watch design lines reappear. Liked your solution in cutting-up the entrenched metal planters. 19:51 A definite sense of pleasure as the peace of the design begins to manifest. Nice work George. The tenant has a release to go forward, leaving neatness for the next people and some new people will enjoy the home, yard area.
Oh boy! What a marathon run. At least there was no nasty debris to clear, just foliage and greenery, but whew, what a day it must have been for you, George. You must have made a heck of a lot if tip trips. This was a wonderful video; after a very difficult week it was lovely to sit and relax and watch. Thank you! :)

Once your customer saw the "new" yard, I'll bet she was wishing she'd had this done YEARS ago so she could truly enjoy her yard. You've at least doubled the usable space there and opened up some possibilities for more outdoor living. The next tenant will be thanking you! I often wish you could sneak back a month or two later when things begin to fluff themselves out, growing branches and leaves and re-greening. I know I wouldn't mind a pic or two of some of the places you rehabilitate! I can only imagine them in their full beauty. Looking forward to the next! 🌿💚🌿

When I owned properties, I expected my tenants to keep the yards free of trash and neatly mowed: I did not expect them to prune and maintain the plants and trees that I had placed on the properties. Therefore, I would send in a landscape company in once a year to do a major cleanup. Yes, it was pricey, but my properties and the tenants both benefited from the yearly attention. You do beautiful work, especially for a one-man outfit. I really enjoy your videos each week.
Your work and attention to detail appeases my OCD-ness, I garden vicariously through your videos, love how you always seem to attack the garden methodically and progressively adapt the degree of cleanup and pruning to make it all work and give a great result for the punter. Top marks for this job, reckon it should pass with flying colours if I were the landlord. Some of the trees really need to be removed, gone feral, half dead, but that's as you say up to the owner/managers.
Taking that tree(?) down by carport was a major improvement! You always know which shrubs and trees to prune back. You’re a great person to help this client out this way!❤❤❤

The tenant kept the grass cut but the trees and bushes are extremely overgrown. It takes a lot more work and time to get that all trimmed down.
