Hi Lionel, thanks for the great video. Next trip to Singapore, you may wish to try Loving Nature Fortunate Coffee Cafe at Sims Ave. Its a vegan cafe run by volunteers and only opens Fridays to Sundays .

Sorry to burst the vegan bubble but I’m pretty sure batura is made with yoghurt. Indian food is surprising hard to get vegan because of all the dairy products used.
