There was an announcement made just the day before, in India, about starting human trials with a molecule therapy for diseased kidney that will remove the need for external dialysis !!

do you also envisage specialist clinics opening where they only do the diagnostic searches, actioned by the patient themselves.. or will it be only allowed via specialist referrals etc... in other words, will the various medical associations allow this tech to be open and available as a "pay as you go" or on demand... or will it be kept within the oncologists domain and control?
