I've watched this video a hundred times! I'm competing in Italy in a couple of weeks, and I'm hoping that I get to see your school's amazing southern Kung Fu!!
That's amazing, I'm so touched by your message. I wasn't aware of your message before we met in Italy. At that time I tough wow you were amazing and I really see myself playing on the carpet with the intention and the power. Now that I know I was one of your inspiration make be so proud and that's an honor. Thanks brother you also give me inspiration. Same family under the sky.
That was nicely done. Good power. Ive noticed a trend lately and am wondering if someone can explain it to me. It seems people are looking down a lot. The head angles towards the floor, especially with kids. Also watching the Kiu Sao as it comes in. Ive always practiced with the idea of looking in the direction of an imaginary opponent. Up and outwards. Any thoughts?
Great performance. I pratice that form over 30 years every day. The form become a part of your life, of your charakter. I can see this also in your performance.
Very fluid and good explosive power. Hung gar retains the spirit of the southern Shaolin temple. I think karate and the Malay martial arts took at lot from this style. Kevin, can we view your weapon forms? 😃
Hey Sifu Heng. Fu Hok is my favorite form and you perform it very nice and traditional. The coolest thing is that the more you play around with FuHok the more versatile flava you will get with it.I put alot more emphasis on different parts like the drunken part and when 10 tigers starts.Where are your school at?Ive been practising Hung Gar since 88 with Sifu Tony Brown.
Dear brother, thanks for your Feedback, I'm a french practitioner, school in Paris, master Tse Cheuk Yin from Chan lineage. Traditional form but changed a little bit for competition to shorten. Thanks for your support 🙏
@cantonaifou hi! I have a technical question for you as I found this form fascinating. I learned one finger shooting zen form in qigong/kung fu practice, its very similar to what you were doing, essentially bringing qi to the extended finger/hands. Is your form similar to one or two finger shooting zen practices?
I feel the earth moving
Everyone gansta till a rock levitates and he punches it right at you
Now hes earth bending
Very Impressive. I could see the strength and power in his form.. Much Respect!
Thanks
