Powershell command:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Command to Uninstall Store

Restart your PC
Command to Reinstall MS Store:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

🚨🚨🚨🚨 Guys, for every one of you who still facing the prob, here is a way and it worked 100% for me and hope it will work for you as well,
the first thing you have to open the Run box by " Windows logo + R " on the keyboard, then you write " services.MSC " and you hit OK.
It gonna show up a list of services.. you gotta search for " Windows License manager service " you click on the right side of the mouse then you hit properties.. make sure that that startup type is " Manual " and the service status is " running " ! = Apply and OK. Now search again for " Widows Update " and do the same steps as they're mentioned before.

Can someone help me pls? I need to fix my Microsoft Store quick but nothing works. Idk what happened but suddenly the other day it stopped working and then it looked like it was downloading (the MS) and i though that maybe if i just wait until it finish would work but when the download was completed i clicked on the app and it just won't open and began to download again. Good video but all of this method doesn't work for me.. but I've solved it with "visual studio 2019" then open "windows app cert kit" I find that problem from there and trying to fix it, it failed but i open again "Visual Studio 2019" open project or solution, or create new projects there a lot option to do, then i click empty project make some work there, Then boom all my problem fixed! All App like Microsoft store, Groove music, Movies & tv and Mail finally fixed can open normally.
