I just started with Flesh and Blood and didn´t even get to play yet but I have build three decks now Azalea Katsu and Uzuri with Uzuri I was a bit confused with how exactly the effect works because I thought that switching the attacks means also that the new card will have the "Timing" of the old card thus not seeing the attack reaction being used (sneak attack for example) this Video is great (and so are the others on this channel) for explaining exactly how the hero and the cards work and even showing some gameplay with the new set comming out soon I think I will focus on playing Assasin Heros because they look like a lot of fun Thank you Fab Workshop for creating those great Videos they help a lot
Im wondering if thats why im getting confused. Does the swapped in attack create a new Reaction window? Ive seen players pause when they banish face down, then ask opp if there's any reactions, none, then they resolve uzuri and play other reaction

In this instance no, as we are not using the Silvers action ability. We are using the silver to “buy” back the equipment. The 3 cost on the silver is a seperate action that lets you destroy it to draw a card.
