Ok, great video! Why wasnt Snapdragon Scalers and Heartened Cross Strap mentioned as the budget options though? Both of them are commons, better mainboard options than Flippers and Blossom in most situations, and are often the correct choice to play even over the legendary/majestic equipment in those slots.
Playing Katsu is the most fun I've had playing FAB. Anybody looking for a fun hero to play that rewards growing with, this is the deck to look at.

I agree with you 100%! They are great options. I think initially I added Cross Strap and removed it due to the blitz ban. As for snapdragon, I kinda removed them on purpose. I tend not to add generics when a class specific exists. Just to showcase other cards that are out there. But you are correct, snapdragons are usually the better option not just for Katsu but for a large proportion of heroes.

I'm curious to see how katsu can work in blitz format

Played him tonight in a casual blitz event. He has massive potential, but it was literally my first time playing. In better hands, I'm certain he can shred. I didn't make any alterations to the pre-con blitz deck. Only got one game in and lost by 3 health points. I also didn't use his ability once, because I am a noob.
