    Hello, great video and tutorial! I want to thank you for helping me with creating a network like this. I have a few recommendations for you to improve the quality of your videos even more. 1.) You should do something about the noise in your microphone as it is a bit annoying to focus on learning while that is constantly bugging in the background. 2.) You have quite a unique accent. Native African I believe. As I'm not familiar with your accent, sometimes it becomes quite hard to understand some words. So, using closed captions would really help to make your videos be even easier to understand. 3.) You should make a list of what the steps are in a serial order so its easier to pick up from anywhere in the middle of the video if someone is stuck somewhere or is confused because right now its a bit hard find specific steps if I want to go back to them. ALL that being said, you were a great help and I really love this channel. Thanks for creating such videos and keep creating more!!!

    Amazing work you've done here , but most of the videos i've seen focus on 3 tier models where the router is the core switch . Can you make a video that encompasses having a core switch connected to a distribution switch which inturn connects to access switches . The core can be connected to a dhcp server . THis specific one has given me some headaches . Once again , thank you for the content

    I am working on a project where I need to infer data as regards to jitter, throughput, etc in a simulated congested network, please is it possible to inspect all the traffic flow using cisco packet tracer itself if not, how can I connect it to wireshark pls?

    I hope there will be a lot of traffic between MultiLayer Switch and Router even though PC's are trying to communicate through Inter-VLAN. Because MultiLayer switch has no role to pass the packet to the router in all cases. However, enabling IP routing and using IP address (Gateway) for each VLAN inside Multilayer switch can easily bypass the problem.

      Sure bro!
      If you check my next projects SVI is used instead of ROAS

    Excellent thanks for sharing... sir i have one query when we are connecting switch to switch usually we configure that port as trunk port but in this scenario (L2 to L3) we are configuring it as access port.. could u please explain sir....? thank u

    • @gurutechnetworks
      @gurutechnetworks  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, you can configure it as an access or trunk but the good practice is we configure as trunk. If you see other projects we did after this, all we improved to trunk. I just wanted to show people that they can use both ways

      It is assumed that there will be no any other subnet (Vlan) on each switch at access layer and therefore all the switchports are assigned to same vlan. Also, Please note that no SVI have been configured at access layer and therefore no need to configure the ports btn L2 and L3 as trunks.
