- Hi guys! I’m sharing some easy movie night snacks, including a sweet and spicy popcorn and my all time favorite Parmesan popcorn recipe! I also included an easy nacho sauce recipe. And thought it would be fun to share some shows I’m loving, and I’m in need of some recommendations too so share with me in the comments! Nacho/Queso Sauce
1/2lb ground beef
1/2lb chorizo or sausage
1 packet of taco seasoning
32oz velvet cheese (1 container)
1 10oz can spicy Rotel
1 10oz mild or original rotel
1/2C milk
Sweet & Spicy Popcorn
1/2C popcorn kernels
2T butter
2T avocado oil
2T brown sugar
2T sriracha
Parmesan truffle popcorn
Sorry I’ve never measured the ingredients! Just eyeball everything, you can’t really have Too much cheese anyways lol

-red chili flakes (optional for spicy)

After watching this I decided to try making the Nachos in my slow cooker tonight. Currently waiting for all the cheese to melt! So excited!
