My mom actually had a horrible 3 years dealing with a ghost. You see she went on a trip to Mexico with her mom and their house was pretty nice to say the least but there was one bad problem. The neighborhood was literally a danger zone, worst place to be especially when my mom was 13 which is when she arrived there with her mom and planned to stay there for 4 years. But after a week there my mom actually started to see what she describes to me as a man made of black. She also states how sometimes his eyes were completely black and other times they had a tiny dot of white in them..... what’s scary about this story is that she would actually awake up at night randomly and the figure would actually lure her outside into the hallway with sounds, and when she would get to the hallway she would just see him at the end... she has told me that this would go on for at least 3 days a week and to this day she and her mom think that the figure might’ve been her grandfather protecting her. He would actually point on a few occasions towards different directions and once even ran at her almost as if to get her back into her room. And that’s why the trip was shorten a year. Oh and you can’t find the house anymore because it burned down a week after they left.
I believe it! I grew up in a house that was haunted. All of our animals died, all of us were seriously I'll and constantly sick, our mental health also declined. Cabinets would slam open and shut along with doors nonstop. We also saw a gray man and hear flutes and drums. short story, our previous owners played with ouija boards and sold the house to us.
I've had that happen in a dream. My cousin has as well. She saw her aunt who had just passed and I saw our grandfather. They both spoke through their eyes without moving their mouths and said that they were okay and at peace. It happened years apart and perhaps they were just dreams but I think otherwise. It just felt way too real.
I can see ghosts but mostly at night when some lights are off because theyre easier to see for me, my house was built in 1900 and im trying to figure out who the ghosts in my house are. So far i know theyres a 40s schoolgirl, a sad man, a creepy woman who wears rags, a little boy who looks like he came from the 10s, and a slim and pale man with black eyes who lives in my closet. I saw the girl running out of the kitchen, the man was crying on the side of my parents’ bed, the woman is over 8 ft tall and she went into my mirror that i threw out after i saw her, the boy was sitting on the end of my bed staring at me when i was trying to sleep, and the other man kept opening and closing my closet door in the night and ive heard humming coming from it at night so my mom told me to block the door with a table. I have proof that im not hallucinating and way too many ghost sighting stories
the best ghost seeing for my family was years ago when my parents were dating and slept in my grandmas house for a couple nights while there new house was being renovated and my dad being drunk went toilet at midnight and had a man walk through the wall. He went and told my mum and she just said “that’s just my uncle”.
My mom told me when I was little, I use to talk to this kid that see couldn’t see. When I told her he wanted to take me somewhere, my mom began to worry and she then placed crosses and sprinkled holy water around my room. I haven’t seen that kid ever since.
Now I'm remembering an incident where my son got up in the night. We told him to go back to bed. And he said, "I can't. There's another Zechi in my bed." That house had a bit of a feeling of wrong around it. But usually that sense of wrong stayed out of the house itself. I don't know if it was a person, some evil entity, or me just being paranoid. But every now and again I'd get this feeling like some evil being outside the home was watching us through the windows. Usually curtains were up. But sometimes they fell down. And sometimes I wanted a window open a little bit to cool the house down. Anyway, I'm in a different home that's at least over 120 years old. And it's been pleasant here.
Apparently when i was a kid i complained to my mother about an old woman crying in my bedroom at night. I honestly dont remember i was 4 by my moms account (im 35 now) and she remembers to this day what i told her and how i described the woman
I seen ghosts when I was a child and I still do. I live next to a graveyard now and I sometimes see ghosts during both day and night. It’s easier to tell the difference at night because people aren’t in the graveyard at night.

my childhood home was haunted. i used to tell my parents there was a little boy with black eyes and he used to bother me in the middle of the night, he would open and close my closet door and give me nightmares about demons and demonic possession. my parents didn't believe me til we moved out.
There was one time I went to sleep in the same bed as my brother when we were younger. And I woke up some time in the middle of the night because I felt his arm slump over my back which was not surprising since he fricking moves so much in his sleep. So I turn around to shimmy his arm off only to realise he wasn’t even there. I literally froze and held my breath
My son told me when he was little, he could see ghost's everywhere we went. He first spoke of ghosts, right when he started talking. He would always talk abou, Bobby. Bobby just disappeared, when he was like 9 he said he had to go be with his kids. He always had so much details like, where he used to work and even how he died. I do believe he saw what he was saying. Things would bang things use to fall off the walls.
I have one for you that still creeps me out to this day. It was getting about the time for me to take my son back to his mother's house. While strapping him in his car seat, he told me theres a ghost here and to "make them go away". Me, being a bit freaked out made haste with buckling in and driving away from my house. As I'm doing so, I look back and he's pointing at something, saying "it's right there", and as the car is moving, so is his finger in the exact direction and position, relevant to how the car is in motion. Like driving off and pointing at someone. Got chills just writing this story. This isnt the first time he's talked about ghosts being around my house...
I remember I saw my great grand grandpa's ghost paying his visit to my grandma who was making food for me and I was a toddler and he died the same day he visited, and my grandma saw him sitting on the staircase and he tipped his hat and then vanished. He died the same day and my grandma only learned about his deaths 2 weeks later.

The closest thing I've had to it was one night while visiting my grandparents house I was sleeping and for whatever reason woke up and turned the lamp on behind the bed. It was one of those huge old waterbeds with a sort of shelf built into the headboard and I think a mirror behind it. Anyway, one night i woke up and see my little sister, who was lying in the bed next to me, sitting up on her elbow eyes wide just staring and smiling at me. I quickly smiled back and then turned the light back off. I don't know how I was able to go back to sleep after that. Maybe I just thought I was dreaming. I never told any of my family.
My cousin saw a ghost, and she told my mom that someone is looking for her.(our backyard has 3 houses that are connected and my cousin was in the main house) but when my mother went to the living room in the main house, there was noone. And I also got thrown away when I was a baby... Because I was so white when I was a baby, and my mom was shocked by What's crawling in her chest, and remembered that she has a child.
Yhea a younger child using the same name and or description of a "ghost" totally confirms it was real. It doesn't suggest that the younger child either remembered the details or was told them by the older one and that both children are using their imaginations to help them through a stressful time or just for a bit of fun in their lives. A friend that's all theirs.
@@10tailedbijuu er nope. Well I guess ghost can be natural things some people decide to say are ghosts but they aren't the spirits of the dead and children don't see them if that's what you are claiming.

Infographics and their SCP sister channel are my absolute favourite channels. Both narrators do a fantastic job. Super kudos to the probably overworked animators aswell
Very much depends on the child and the situation. If you tell them somewhere is haunted and there's ghost there then they'll probably find it scary. If the child imagines it themselves as a "spirit" they can see and interact with they'll often find them enjoyable and nice as the child is usually creating a friend that is totally theirs and enjoying the extra attention they get when they talk about it. However about the humans, are far worse bit. Yhep totally. There was a John Smiths advert in Britain which had 2 sets of parents eating out and talking about their kids. The one said her child had a scary beast living under the bed and it was starting to be a problem. The man on the other side said back "well tell her not to worry about the beast under the bed. It's the madman killer coming through the window that's scary." Yhea the ad didn't last long as funny as it was but it highlighted something very true. Don't worry about imaginary things when reality is scary enough.
When my mum was around 18 years old she was walking back to my grandparents house with a friend quite late at night (11ish) down a old railway track that is now converted in to a path. She swears she saw 3 ghosts. A man with a top hat, suit and a pocket watch checking the time and looking down the path as if for a train. There were also two children playing with a ball behind him. Understandably freaked out, my mum and her friend ran home. When she got home she told the family what had happened. My uncle being 3 at the time was left out of the conversation to not scare him. No one believed my mum. Around 15 years after the incident my uncle was walking back to the same house with a friend down the same path. Under the same bridge that my mum said she had seen the ghost my uncle claims to have seen a man with a top hat, a suit and a pocket watch checking to see if a train was coming with 2 children playing with a ball behind him. Now they all believe my mum and i refuse to walk under that bridge or even on that path at night

Something like this happened with me too I was 6 or 7 years old when I used to see an old man with long beard sitting in front of me I was so scared that time then I had a special thread tied to me then I stopped seeing him.
Fun thought relating to this video for me. My mom swears to me that when I was like maybe 3 she caught me talking with someone named Tom, while alone I'm my room in the middle of the night. My grandfather who died a year prior to my birth is named Thomas
I had an imaginary friend too, his name was chonky and he was an extra terrestrial cat with the ability to do anything by imagining it and winking. Turns out, there was a shirt in my closet ...It was written *Chomp* !
I have one: never saw an apparition, but definitely heard and saw *something*. I think I was 6-7, had a really bad flu. Mom was away, so it was me and my Dad and our dog in the house. That day, Dad gave me some medicine and put me in bed in the early afternoon, then said he was going outside to work in the garden, the dog would be with him, and to holler if I needed anything. As I’m falling asleep, I hear footsteps on the stairs, which were right next to my room. They were light, but not as light as my mom’s, and definitely didn’t sound like my dad’s. I didn’t recognize these footsteps at all (keep in mind, I was supposed to be alone in the house, but I didn’t feel alone at the time!). Then, here’s the creepiest part: my bedroom door started to open on its own. To this day, I don’t know why, but I called out the name of my dad’s sister, who had died in a car accident when I was 2. As soon as I said her name, the door stopped moving, and I suddenly felt alone again. I didn’t tell anyone this story until years later; I just chalked it up to either the fever or the medicine. But when I told my mom that story, instead of being brushed off, she just nodded and said, “I wouldn’t be surprised if (Aunt’s Name) was visiting you: she *was* a nurse.” So…creepy, but comforting in a way?
Ghosts and hauntings are real. Kids have more open minds so they see them more. People seriously do their kids a huge disservice by dismissing them like that. My Dad can see ghosts and grew up in a haunted house, although it's not like they were ever attacked or anything bad. Because he can see them, I didn't grow up in a haunted house, but I have since lived in a mildly haunted apartment. Nothing bad- just an old man occasionally appearing on our couch and turning the thermostat up. My ex and I both saw him. Oh, and I'm not some credulous idiot. I have a college degree in psychology, so I know all about the things that can cause false perceptions of hauntings. But just because the brain can be tricked doesn't mean it's all fake. It's understandable to want to believe that- it's so much more comfortable and convenient to believe there's nothing out there that may be outside of our perceptions or understanding. I kinda wish I didn't have to believe in some of this stuff either, because it is intimidating. But I've never seen much point in denying an obvious truth, and I doubt so many of my friends and family could realistically all be insane in the same ways. So I guess it's like anything else- sure, it's out of our control and therefor scary, like everything else in life, but it generally won't do us harm so we may as well accept it, take whatever reasonable precautions are warranted, and not live in fear.
My best friends dad went to the Philippines because that’s where he grew up with his family the house they stayed in he woke up one night and heard dogs barking and growling at his house then heard a lamp break from the kitchen he went to check it out and felt a cold chill. He then totally started quoting the bible and going around the house. The next day he asked about the house was told 2 couples died in there and that I was haunted.... they moved out of the house that day and my best friend was asleep the whole time
My friends told me that their house was haunted, they would see shadows in their bedroom when the lights were out. And perhaps more creepily, they would hear their daughter talking to someone in the night. One night as her mum was putting to bed, she just looked up and said, "hi Bill". They think "Bill" was looking out for her as nothing bad ever happened. My mum once told me about when her and my dad were looking for a house when I was a year or two old. Apparently, they had left me fast asleep in my pushchair while they went upstairs to have a look about and a few minutes later I woke up screaming the house down and couldn't be calmed down. The decided not to buy the house.
Theory: The people that died all turn into ghost and they are still here. The newborn and babies all have the ability to see everything including ghost and they lose that ability has they get older either from responsibility and trying to focus on the real world or it’s just natural to lose this ability. This is why people forget that ability and don’t remember when they were born and when they were little. But there is this glitch when some children and babies can still see the dead(ghost) after they grow a little and that’s why they are telling there parents that they see ghosts. But eventually they forget their ability and focus on the real world and lose their ability to see everything. If theory is proven correct I want my credit. My name is Ismael Hounnou

Here is a creepy short story that matches this video that happened to me. So yeah I was about 6 in the first or second grade. So I go to the window where my mum told me my father was home. So I look out the window and see my dad in the drivers seat, but there was someone sitting next to him. When he comes upstairs I go “who was sitting next to you?” he was confused for he said no one else was there. The person was a younger looking man with longer blond hair. Then I learn that my mums brother passed away young in a car accident and he fit the description of the person I saw. I firmly believe children can see spirits. (I never met her brother nor seen any pictures of him at that age so I had no idea what he looked like)
As a child I hallucinated a LOT, a lot of kids do, it happens particularly if they’ve been distressed by something. A bad dream after a cartoon that showed a character die gruesomely was my trigger, if it wasn’t for a psychiatrist helping me process the character death I saw I would’ve developed schizophrenia. My younger brother went through something similar due to a news story of an Australian citizen who was hung in a foreign country for drug trafficking. He would see a gruesome figure hanging from the ceiling. We were both fortunate that we didn’t experience psychosis, what we saw/heard were terrifying but we never believed it was real, kinda like you know a dream, despite being scary, obviously wasn’t real. I still mildly hallucinate, usually due to sleep paralysis. It’s never scary like when I was a kid tho, I often hear my family members happily chatting away as I wake (despite not living together as we’re adults now) or someone playing a piano, but it go away as I properly wake up. I might sometimes see a big spider but it’s flashing rainbow so it’s obviously not real 😅 Admittedly, I keep my bedroom mildly illuminated to prevent the misinterpretation of shadows/shapes turning into a bad hallucination, it’s dull so I can sleep but I think it’s one of the main reasons I don’t see things anymore during sleep paralysis. Even when you know what you’re seeing isn’t real it’s extremely confronting, so I don’t think I’ll ever stop doing it, even if people (who have never experienced a hallucination) think I’m a big baby for doing it. But it’s very interesting to talk to people who had similar childhood experiences but who did ultimately develop schizophrenia - plenty don’t know till much later in life. While there’s the theory trauma/stress can trigger it in kids, like it almost did to me, there’s people who are never scared because they’ve always seen things, it’s just completely normal to them. The craziest one I heard only was someone who didn’t realise other people didn’t see disembodied hands and feet randomly on the ground, they weren’t scared by it, they were just surprised when they learnt that it wasn’t normal/no one else saw them. Another example was actually a friend I met in college who use to believe in ghosts, so as a kid that actually meant they didn’t speak up about their experiences (figuring ghosts were normal to see) and when they finally talked about it their family presumed they were just a paranoid kid/scared of ghosts, only in their 20s after I had talked to them about my experiences and suggested they might have schizophrenia did it click that their experiences could have a normal explanation. Our college had free psychologists you could see so they went to one and it turns out they’d been schizophrenic all their life! On meds they don’t see ghosts anymore. I imagine a lot of ghost believers out there are just undiagnosed. Kinda like how most alien abductions that people recount are textbook cases of sleep paralysis. If you don’t know much about either thing it’s easy to see why people just assume what they see/hear is real.
I still see, hear and notice the presence of ghosts and enemies. I’ve been screened for schizophrenia and psychosis and I don’t have either. I’ve also been sober and clean from all drugs and alcohol (both illegal and legal) for a few years. I was born dead then revived/resuscitated so I think I might be easier to latch onto. That’s my best guess. Sometimes I have out of body experiences when I’m asleep, very dizzy or meditating where I go to a strange place. The people there claim it’s an overlap between life and death and that people who exit through the end of the third field can never return and they have no idea where they go after that. I’ve also been told to be careful that no one sees me breath while I’m there and I should protect my body. There’s some areas there I can’t enter. No matter how hard I try something blocks me. In 2021 I asked my uncle (who died in 2019) a question while I was there. I asked him why I could go there but if I get half way down to the exit in the field I collapse and go back to my body. He said that’s how far I made it when I was dead. I’ll make a TikTok on this because it goes deeper…
My pop passed away from cancer when i was really young. That night my parents heard me in my room talking so naturally they came into my room to look, but it was just me sitting on the floor with my new toy cars. Mum asked who i was talking to i said; "im showing poppy my new cars."

If this phenomenon is so common, there has to be some truth to it. My younger cousin had similar experiences in his childhood.
I remember back in the 1970’s ... my niece came running into the living room crying...my mom said what is wrong. My niece said JR told me to be quiet.. we thought hummm ...
The grandpa one was actually really nice. If I was a ghost I'd do that. Just to tell everyone I'm fine.
I think after that they will be the ones not being fine.
I would be a revenant in phasmophobia .

Weird, seems like me being a pain in the a-- scared all of the ghosts away.

My son told me when he was little, he could see ghost's everywhere we went. He first spoke of ghosts, right when he started talking. He would always talk abou, Bobby.
The closest thing I've had to it was one night while visiting my grandparents house I was sleeping and for whatever reason woke up and turned the lamp on behind the bed. Anyway, one night i woke up and see my little sister, who was lying in the bed next to me, sitting up on her elbow eyes wide just staring and smiling at me. Yhea a younger child using the same name and or description of a "ghost" totally confirms it was real. As a kid you think ghosts are scary and you fear them. Then you grow up, learning humans are more scary and very real.
People r scared of the unknown but i’d imagine the ghosts know humans very well 😂

The next day he asked about the house was told 2 couples died in there and that I was haunted.... they moved out of the house that day and my best friend was asleep the whole time
A big man with no hair… shows a man with a lot of hair. Love your channel
In the story with a boy with no face, it looks like his missing face is on the pillow
Ya I think that’s odd that little and I mean little kids can see ghost and anomalies when adults can’t.

Those poor kids were GHOSTED all over social media after that.
(I never met her brother nor seen any pictures of him at that age so I had no idea what he looked like)
It is said that young children and dogs can see ghosts...
I might sometimes see a big spider but it’s flashing rainbow so it’s obviously not real 😅
Admittedly, I keep my bedroom mildly illuminated to prevent the misinterpretation of shadows/shapes turning into a bad hallucination, it’s dull so I can sleep but I think it’s one of the main reasons I don’t see things anymore during sleep paralysis.
No because there’s cases where whole families experience hauntings. They can’t all be schizophrenic
Children can see things people don't that's why dogs and children get so nervous sometimes, they know someone is there
"Mom, It,s 4:20, time to get lit.."
My pop passed away from cancer when i was really young. That night my parents heard me in my room talking so naturally they came into my room to look, but it was just me sitting on the floor with my new toy cars. Mum asked who i was talking to i said; "im showing poppy my new cars."
Maybe ghosts and monsters make themselves invisible but because of children’s minds they can see them
I used to not believe in Ghosts until activities have happened to my family
