Here’s a huge hole in your logic: why aren’t there any modern-time “ghosts”? Plenty of people died through 2018-2019, yet we don’t see “ghosts” doing bottle flips and blasting trap music.
I think they take time and energy to be able to become earthbound, and some do not need much energy to do so. That is, if ghosts are real, and I think they are.

Ghosts are humans so we can look at it from a human perspective like asking questions of "Why is it acting like this?" A ghost should act like a human, move like a human and think like a human but the ones we see simply don't.

Once when I was like 14-15, me and a friend decided it would be fun to walk into the pitch black forest at like 2am, it was about -20c outside and there was well over a foot of snow, it was up to our knees all the way out to the bushline and got deeper once inside, we walked about 10 minutes directly into the forest and heard a little girl clearly say "hi!" Excitedly. We both paused dead in pur tracks at the same moment, I was wondering if I imagined it or if it was an animal so I asked if my friend heard it well and he said he heard a girl which to me confirmed that something was out there. The next night we took a 3rf friend with us but as me made it back to the baseline we seen little colored orbs kind of loosely scattered around, nothing else really happen but can still hear that cheerful "hi!" So clearly when I think about it
@itz Simu really unlikely. Not many houses nearby I didn't live in town I was more in the bush with just a few neighbors. To have ended up there they would have had to come from off the highway and then have gone around our houses in the dark forest behind us through deep snow quiet a ways I dont think any kid would be able to make it through the deep snow that far out tbh could have been an animal like an owl like the others said but it sure did sound human

A few weeks after my dad passed away, I could smell his cologne in my bedroom one night. It lasted for about one minute and I never found the source. He had never lived in my home and it might have been my mind playing tricks on me. To this day, it sure seemed so real.
It happened to my father as well with his father. His father always lit lavender, and my father said weeks after his father passed he woke up one night and the entire apartment reeked with lavender , and this is someone who’s been a major skeptic of everything all his life
I was about 3, it was the first vivid dream I've ever remembered. To this day still do. I didn't know what a ghost was or understood it, I was so young. But I had a dream that this giant transparent ghoul would terrorize me my mom and my brother in our old house. We were so young we all slept in the same room. I saved myself in the dream by throwing a blanket over my head. It's just so crazy that your brain can materialize real things that it doesnt yet understand
I also had a same kind of dream i was 4-5 and i went to a corner in my society at night time around 10 pm Saw a ghoul. Now when i smoke at that place late at night. I feel cold shivers and that too twice. Once alone and once with a friend
But in a dream everyone you see is someone you have seen before so you can't see a ghost in a dream unless you have seen one in real life because when you are dreaming everyone or living thing you see comes from memory, that's why people you haven't seen or thought about in years pop up in dreams because they are in your memory

My parents told me when I was a little kid that I woke up one night, straight up, stuff like a board, and started talking. I had talked in a language no one spoke in my family (most likely German my mom thought) for a while, but I soon started speaking English, my only spoken language I knew back then was English. I had began crying, my parents hadn’t interrupted yet as I spoke in my sleep before, not like this though. I had been talking to someone, by the end they heard me say bye. Then silence. My parents now were freaked out and walked in. They asked who I’d been talking to, I said I had been talking to Uncle Steve, my Mom’s first cousin. He lived in Texas and hadn’t visited in a while. My parents rolled their eyes as I said, ‘he told me he had to leave, it apparently was his time.’ My parents told me that I needed to go to sleep. I wiped my eyes and laid down. My mom got a call less than an hour later, Uncle Steve had died, unknown causes, either some sort of heart failure (he was in his 40s) or possibly foul play (my family still thinks his wife offed him). My parents and most of my family now believe that I had talked to his ghost as the estimated time he died was within 10 minutes of me talking. (No video, as I said it was late at night and my parents didn’t film my siblings and I doing anything like that.)
I friend of mine, an older guy from Mexico, he swears, when he lived in this one house in Mexico, there was a ghost, and the ghost would do typical ghost stuff, like knock things off tables, make knocking noises, open and close doors, until one night he fearlessly said, "why do you bother me? I don't bother you, nor do I have a problem living with you as long as we respect each other, if I did something to upset you, I'm sorry, but I think , we can share this space peacefully". The ghost didn't bother him anymore, Chuletas is what we called him, Spanish for pork chops if I'm not mistaking, nice guy, tough as nails too.
My house was built in 1963 and still living in it a year later and I have seen three spirts so far the first two spirts where a mother and daughter wearing old fashion clothes then I saw a female spirt with long black hair

To make a figure appear translucent in video editing, you don't need to film the location twice. You just need to insert a figure with transparent background and lower the opacity, basically.

I'm into the paranormal. I do believe in ghosts, but I acknowledge skepticism. The majority of ghost sightings can be explained through logic and science. You should never jump to the conclusion that something is paranormal. Always look for a logical reason first. I acknowledge both logic and paranormal reasons. I acknowledge that ghosts may or may not exist.
This is my approach too. I believe in ghosts on some level, but I believe we should eliminate all possible practical scientific explanations first before deciding something is actually paranormal. Every report should be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

My roommates get freaked out whenever I do my daily chores and said the house was haunted. I don't know man, I've been in this house for 254 years and I never saw anything.
Never seen a ghost, but I used to live in a 50 year old house where the previous owner had died in the driveway (massive heart attack), and a LOT of creepy stuff happened. Lights would turn on by themselves at odd hours, the laundry room windows would open during the day, and then shut at night - all things that could be explained, but were just weird enough to put me on edge as an already goth, macabre-obsessed teenager :P
I was once standing in the supermarket playing a game on my phone when a elder man clear as day walked right next to me. I kinda found it odd this man would be so close to me so I put down my phone and looked up and there was no man there. There was however an elderly woman standing next to me and the man that I saw would have been directly in between me and her. I often wondered if this man was her deceased husband or something. I also had another experience where me and some friends were having a bonfire off in the mountains. I was looking for one of our friends and she was on top of the mountain she said she was hearing strange noises and decided to head down the mountain I was watching her and 10 feet behind her I saw a figure with no legs floating there. I took a double take I looked at her and back at the figure and could still see it clearly. It was when I tried to focus on it intently it had faded out of existence. I think he had noticed my presence and was intimidated by me in a way.
It sounds like paranoia. I feel like your brain is trying to come up with ways to explain where a sound could be coming from and tries to generate an image but due to the darkness and time and possibly any other factors that could have effected your brain like lack of sleep you could have hallucinated it. I do think that it didn't go away because it was scared of you looking at it directly, it's much more likely that your brain was tricking you to be more cautious and the reason it disappeared because it's no longer a background image that your mind created due to the darkness and wilderness
I had an experience at the Gettysburg battlefield. When I was in middle school, my class took a trip there. I had a digital camera to take pictures but it randomly shut off and wouldn’t turn on whatsoever, so I was bummed out. When the bus drove away from the battlefield, my camera turned on and there were a ton of pictures I didn’t take, of shadows and silhouettes of men. One picture that stood out to me was this shadow of a guy holding a gun, as if he was aiming to fire. When I got home to show my dad the shadows in the pictures, they were gone. Ever since that, I’ve wanted to go back.

There was a ghost in an office building that I worked security in. I asked another officer if he had experienced anything unusual during his watch. He experienced the exact same thing that I had.
The video of the hotel security guard in the hotel room, so much is wrong and fake. First, security 101 with cameras, cameras are NEVER just pointed at a single room but always positioned to have the most long and wide view of the entire hallways/floor. Also, security 101, you would have never gone in the room alone after hearing screams and the police would have been immediately called. Also, most US states have laws where a camera that is placed in a public access way/area, cannot have audio.Also, you would not be able to even hear what the dispatcher is saying so clear if the camera even did have audio. Lol. So so so fake.
I won't spend the night in my dad's house till it gets cleansed and blessed. Last time I lived there I heard all sorts of things that made me think I was losing my mind until I spent the night elsewhere and then HE heard them. Thing used to call my name as a kid, moved a chair under my feet once, loved darting in the hall as a shadow. Ghosts are real, the only debatable thing to me is sometimes which ones are and aren't. I had confirmation from other people they saw and heard some of the same things. Nothing compared to what a friend went through though, pretty sure she had a demonic attachment for a year. Probably wouldn't have believed her at all (actually, I didn't for months) if I hadn't seen the marks on her. Hand print on her neck once, scratches, a nasty bruise she woke up with mysteriously (where she'd gotten hurt in her dream) that was nearly gone at the end of the day. Don't really know what made it stop suddenly though. Then there was her father in law's house. OOF! I was like the only one that could sleep in the back room, it creeped everyone out. Fairly certain it was the mirror in the room, the problems seemed to follow it when they sold the house. Not the weirdest, but one of the creep factors was that when it got thrown out it was covered in maggots the next day. I've had enough hauntings. I ever buy or rent, I'm specifically asking if there's been any reported activity. Does not want!
I lived in a serial killer's old home. He killed women there. STRANGE things would happen there. Sometimes it would sound like a large person was walking around the house, while lights would turn on. Then turn off. Like someone was walking in and out of a room. But no one was around. It even scared my dad. He's done several tours in the Marines, and Army. He said "I can't fight something, I can't touch or see.
I have had many supernatural experiences, the one that sticks out to me the most was only two months ago. I was exploring an old abandoned bunker with friends, we were going down an empty corridor with no lighting, when we got to a dead end, our flashlight picked up multiple dark figures on the wall, instantly the air turned freezing cold and we just booked it.

Never seen a ghost but back in college my grandma suddenly passed away and I had to leave for the funeral. I left without notifying my roomie, though I haven't seen him for the last day or so anyway. The next day I called him to tell him why I left and when I'll be back, but was surprised to hear him say he knew it's something like that. He told me that, that night, as he was sleeping face to the wall, he dreamt of a white woman standing behind him. She didn't speak and he didn't turn around to look at her, but he somehow knew why she was there. He then told her "He is not here." and she disappeared. The guy is not a troll and a jokester and went on to become one of my best friends to this day. I have actually dreamt of my grandma sometime after that, she was calling me on the phone and I was asking her how it is over there and she said it's beautiful. It was a nice and warming dream of us having a conversation, only for me to wake up and remember she's dead. Of course I disregard the creations of my own mind, but what my friend experienced is still hard to justify.
Here’s a spooky story: One day, I went to room to play GTA and then, out of nowhere, my sister’s room slowly started to close by itself, I checked and my sisters weren’t there, I thought nothing of it, then later, the same thing happened to my parent’s door, and once again, nobody was in there, I may never know the reason why....
To answer your questions, : I do believe in these things only because I have had multiple encounters in my life time. I was actually an atheist for most of my life and didn't believe at all. I didn't even think we had a soul in are bodies. I would make fun of the craziness people exhibited with belief in such hogwash. I guess what they say has validity " seeing is believing " To be honest I do my best to pretend like my experiences haven't happened.
I’ve been that guy who didn’t believe ghost were real… until one night while I was in the basement of my old home, talking on the phone with my ex. All the lights was off and only the moonlight lit the open basement. I was sitting on the couch, and all of a sudden, I saw a white cloth come from behind the curtains that divides the washroom to the main part of the basement… and it literally looked like someone was wearing a white cloth but I couldn’t see it’s face… when I saw it float into the pantry, I literally got up and ran on all fours up the stairs… it was soo real and my reaction was so real. Then other things started happening around the house. There was a bird that hung itself right outside my moms window in her room. One day My siblings and I was playing in the basement, out of nowhere, a small window had broke and looking at the damage… no one could figure out how it happened. There’s been rotten meat smell coming from the basement at times as well… That’s all I experienced… but it still creeps me out to this day thinking about seeing that white cloth floating into the pantry… that almost gave me a heart attack, and I genuinely ran up the stairs frightened believing that it was behind me.. 😰
I do believe in ghosts since I did have activity, but I'm going to waste my time typing here since no one will probably believe me. But let me just say that those activities were not explainable. I'm going to just say one story. I used to have a dog, one day around 11 pm, I was staying up late playing with my dog, suddenly it just barks at the corner of my room where my window is, and I often sense something that I can't explain. It is like people say that a person has a 6 sense that if you sense something watching you, your goosebumps come, that's what I often sense in that corner. My dog just kept barking at it and for around I believe minute or so my dog stopped and just stared at that corner. After a sec there was a knock in that corner and apparently, I lift up my dog and ran to my living room to tell my family about this and they said they don't believe it, they just think the bark is just me playing with my dog. Since the knock was not loud so they did not hear it I don't think you will believe me but that was the first time I experienced a ghost activity that made me believe a lot more. Before that happened I was just 5/10 believing in ghosts. Now my dog is gifted to someone else because somehow I just started to get allergic to dog fur after that happened. After that, more and more things happened that made me fully believe like now. I'm still living in the same house and soon I'm going to move back to my old hometown where I was born, and I'm thankful about that hoping that there won't be any activities and I can just live normally.
I saw a bunch of ghosts outside my house once. They burned a cross on my yard and hung nooses everywhere. I walked out to my yard and fired my shotgun in the air a couple of times and they scattered. Turns out ghosts are scared of shotguns.
Never really been a believer, until... I used to work in an open kitchen in a pub that used to be a theatre, a woman supposedly hung herself in the projector room which the kitchen on the 2nd floor was under. I used to take deliveries so it would just be me and one other in the pub and i saw someone walk past the open part of the kitchen that looks out onto the floor. I rang the only other girl in the pub and she was in the cellar ( i know its not a prank because the cellar had a specific phone and there sno way she could of got down there in time). This happened more than once and always seemed to be the same figure going past even if i only ever caught a glance. I left that job about a year later. And a year later after that the pub burned down and is no longer open and the fire started overnight. Maybe she missed me? ha. I dont know, all i know is im a sceptic and i know what i saw. For anyone wanting to look it up the pub was called "The Tivoli" on Chesterton road In Cambridge UK. I dont know what the theatre/picture house was called long before that sadly.
I haven't seen one, but definitely experienced paranormal when I was in the Navy. Sailor died on one of the planes and lights would go on when no power was on the plane, freezing cold and breezes (inside the plane) , whispers, and a feeling of being watched while working were very common. I refused to work alone on that plane.

i go back and forth on my belief in ghosts. i dont believe in an afterlife so ghosts are hard for me to take seriously.. but i have an experience that is hard to reconcile with my beliefs. I was 13 y.o. and at my friends house. his family was quite well off due to the business the owned, which was a retirement home. they lived on the second floor of the retirement facility with the business being on the MASSIVE first floor. one night we were all in his sisters room hanging out, and i went into his room to grab something, and when i came out i could see straight down the hall into the kitchen. I saw a tall person with long frizzy white hair standing by there phone, looked like they were reading something on the counter. the were facing away from me so i couldnt see there face. right after i saw them the walked away from the counter and out of my view deeper into the kitchen. my thought was 'who was that?' so i walked the short hall and entered the kitchen expecting to see someone in the other side of the room with no way out, but the room was empty. i dont know if ive even been so shook. i slowly retreated and went back to my friends, and told them what id saw, the only one who believed me was my friend who lived there cause he said 'sounds like gwen, she passed away last week'. she was always sneaking into the upstairs at night and reading their notebook by the phone, which is where i saw this figure. she was also a tall women, who usually wore a white night gown. weird experience
Once when I was around 10 or 11 years old I was going to bed and I woke up to see some figure that looked like my dad but also looked like my Dads Dad (my grandfather) and I said "Dad is that you" and it disappeared. My grandfather had been dead for several years before that, and the last time I saw him was when I was 2 and I didn't remember meeting him. To this day I feel like he watches over me somehow

Once when I was like 14-15, me and a friend decided it would be fun to walk into the pitch black forest at like 2am, it was about -20c outside and there was well over a foot of snow, it was up to our knees all the way out to the bushline and got deeper once inside, we walked about 10 minutes directly into the forest and heard a little girl clearly say "hi!" Excitedly. We both paused dead in pur tracks at the same moment, I was wondering if I imagined it or if it was an animal so I asked if my friend heard it well and he said he heard a girl which to me confirmed that something was out there. The next night we took a 3rf friend with us but as me made it back to the baseline we seen little colored orbs kind of loosely scattered around, nothing else really happen but can still hear that cheerful "hi!" So clearly when I think about it

I was about 3, it was the first vivid dream I've ever remembered. To this day still do. I didn't know what a ghost was or understood it, I was so young. But I had a dream that this giant transparent ghoul would terrorize me my mom and my brother in our old house. We were so young we all slept in the same room. I saved myself in the dream by throwing a blanket over my head. It's just so crazy that your brain can materialize real things that it doesnt yet understand

My parents told me when I was a little kid that I woke up one night, straight up, stuff like a board, and started talking. I had talked in a language no one spoke in my family (most likely German my mom thought) for a while, but I soon started speaking English, my only spoken language I knew back then was English. I had began crying, my parents hadn’t interrupted yet as I spoke in my sleep before, not like this though. I had been talking to someone, by the end they heard me say bye. Then silence. My parents now were freaked out and walked in. They asked who I’d been talking to, I said I had been talking to Uncle Steve, my Mom’s first cousin. He lived in Texas and hadn’t visited in a while. My parents rolled their eyes as I said, ‘he told me he had to leave, it apparently was his time.’ My parents told me that I needed to go to sleep. I wiped my eyes and laid down. My mom got a call less than an hour later, Uncle Steve had died, unknown causes, either some sort of heart failure (he was in his 40s) or possibly foul play (my family still thinks his wife offed him). My parents and most of my family now believe that I had talked to his ghost as the estimated time he died was within 10 minutes of me talking. (No video, as I said it was late at night and my parents didn’t film my siblings and I doing anything like that.)

I'm into the paranormal. I do believe in ghosts, but I acknowledge skepticism. The majority of ghost sightings can be explained through logic and science. You should never jump to the conclusion that something is paranormal. Always look for a logical reason first. I acknowledge both logic and paranormal reasons. I acknowledge that ghosts may or may not exist.
This is my approach too. I believe in ghosts on some level, but I believe we should eliminate all possible practical scientific explanations first before deciding something is actually paranormal. Every report should be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Lights would turn on by themselves at odd hours, the laundry room windows would open during the day, and then shut at night - all things that could be explained, but were just weird enough to put me on edge as an already goth, macabre-obsessed teenager :P

I was once standing in the supermarket playing a game on my phone when a elder man clear as day walked right next to me. I kinda found it odd this man would be so close to me so I put down my phone and looked up and there was no man there. There was however an elderly woman standing next to me and the man that I saw would have been directly in between me and her. I often wondered if this man was her deceased husband or something. I also had another experience where me and some friends were having a bonfire off in the mountains. I was looking for one of our friends and she was on top of the mountain she said she was hearing strange noises and decided to head down the mountain I was watching her and 10 feet behind her I saw a figure with no legs floating there. I took a double take I looked at her and back at the figure and could still see it clearly. It was when I tried to focus on it intently it had faded out of existence. I think he had noticed my presence and was intimidated by me in a way.

I feel like your brain is trying to come up with ways to explain where a sound could be coming from and tries to generate an image but due to the darkness and time and possibly any other factors that could have effected your brain like lack of sleep you could have hallucinated it. I do think that it didn't go away because it was scared of you looking at it directly, it's much more likely that your brain was tricking you to be more cautious and the reason it disappeared because it's no longer a background image that your mind created due to the darkness and wilderness

I had an experience at the Gettysburg battlefield. When I was in middle school, my class took a trip there. I had a digital camera to take pictures but it randomly shut off and wouldn’t turn on whatsoever, so I was bummed out. When the bus drove away from the battlefield, my camera turned on and there were a ton of pictures I didn’t take, of shadows and silhouettes of men. One picture that stood out to me was this shadow of a guy holding a gun, as if he was aiming to fire. When I got home to show my dad the shadows in the pictures, they were gone.

There was a ghost in an office building that I worked security in. I asked another officer if he had experienced anything unusual during his watch. He experienced the exact same thing that I had.
The video of the hotel security guard in the hotel room, so much is wrong and fake. First, security 101 with cameras, cameras are NEVER just pointed at a single room but always positioned to have the most long and wide view of the entire hallways/floor. Also, security 101, you would have never gone in the room alone after hearing screams and the police would have been immediately called. Also, most US states have laws where a camera that is placed in a public access way/area, cannot have audio.Also, you would not be able to even hear what the dispatcher is saying so clear if the camera even did have audio. Lol. So so so fake.

I won't spend the night in my dad's house till it gets cleansed and blessed. Last time I lived there I heard all sorts of things that made me think I was losing my mind until I spent the night elsewhere and then HE heard them. Thing used to call my name as a kid, moved a chair under my feet once, loved darting in the hall as a shadow. Ghosts are real, the only debatable thing to me is sometimes which ones are and aren't. I had confirmation from other people they saw and heard some of the same things. Nothing compared to what a friend went through though, pretty sure she had a demonic attachment for a year. Probably wouldn't have believed her at all (actually, I didn't for months) if I hadn't seen the marks on her. Hand print on her neck once, scratches, a nasty bruise she woke up with mysteriously (where she'd gotten hurt in her dream) that was nearly gone at the end of the day. Don't really know what made it stop suddenly though. Then there was her father in law's house. OOF! I was like the only one that could sleep in the back room, it creeped everyone out. Fairly certain it was the mirror in the room, the problems seemed to follow it when they sold the house. Not the weirdest, but one of the creep factors was that when it got thrown out it was covered in maggots the next day.

I have had many supernatural experiences, the one that sticks out to me the most was only two months ago. I was exploring an old abandoned bunker with friends, we were going down an empty corridor with no lighting, when we got to a dead end, our flashlight picked up multiple dark figures on the wall, instantly the air turned freezing cold and we just booked it.
Yup it's definitely a "experience it believe it" thing.

Never seen a ghost but back in college my grandma suddenly passed away and I had to leave for the funeral. I left without notifying my roomie, though I haven't seen him for the last day or so anyway. The next day I called him to tell him why I left and when I'll be back, but was surprised to hear him say he knew it's something like that. He told me that, that night, as he was sleeping face to the wall, he dreamt of a white woman standing behind him. She didn't speak and he didn't turn around to look at her, but he somehow knew why she was there. He then told her "He is not here." and she disappeared.
The guy is not a troll and a jokester and went on to become one of my best friends to this day. I have actually dreamt of my grandma sometime after that, she was calling me on the phone and I was asking her how it is over there and she said it's beautiful. It was a nice and warming dream of us having a conversation, only for me to wake up and remember she's dead. Of course I disregard the creations of my own mind, but what my friend experienced is still hard to justify.

I’ve been that guy who didn’t believe ghost were real… until one night while I was in the basement of my old home, talking on the phone with my ex. All the lights was off and only the moonlight lit the open basement. I was sitting on the couch, and all of a sudden, I saw a white cloth come from behind the curtains that divides the washroom to the main part of the basement… and it literally looked like someone was wearing a white cloth but I couldn’t see it’s face… when I saw it float into the pantry, I literally got up and ran on all fours up the stairs… it was soo real and my reaction was so real.
Then other things started happening around the house. There was a bird that hung itself right outside my moms window in her room.
One day My siblings and I was playing in the basement, out of nowhere, a small window had broke and looking at the damage… no one could figure out how it happened.
There’s been rotten meat smell coming from the basement at times as well…
That’s all I experienced… but it still creeps me out to this day thinking about seeing that white cloth floating into the pantry… that almost gave me a heart attack, and I genuinely ran up the stairs frightened believing that it was behind me.. 😰

I do believe in ghosts since I did have activity, but I'm going to waste my time typing here since no one will probably believe me. But let me just say that those activities were not explainable.
I'm going to just say one story. I used to have a dog, one day around 11 pm, I was staying up late playing with my dog, suddenly it just barks at the corner of my room where my window is, and I often sense something that I can't explain. It is like people say that a person has a 6 sense that if you sense something watching you, your goosebumps come, that's what I often sense in that corner. My dog just kept barking at it and for around I believe minute or so my dog stopped and just stared at that corner. After a sec there was a knock in that corner and apparently, I lift up my dog and ran to my living room to tell my family about this and they said they don't believe it, they just think the bark is just me playing with my dog. Since the knock was not loud so they did not hear it
I don't think you will believe me but that was the first time I experienced a ghost activity that made me believe a lot more. Before that happened I was just 5/10 believing in ghosts. Now my dog is gifted to someone else because somehow I just started to get allergic to dog fur after that happened.
After that, more and more things happened that made me fully believe like now. I'm still living in the same house and soon I'm going to move back to my old hometown where I was born, and I'm thankful about that hoping that there won't be any activities and I can just live normally.

I saw a bunch of ghosts outside my house once. They burned a cross on my yard and hung nooses everywhere. I walked out to my yard and fired my shotgun in the air a couple of times and they scattered. Turns out ghosts are scared of shotguns.

Never really been a believer, until...
I used to work in an open kitchen in a pub that used to be a theatre, a woman supposedly hung herself in the projector room which the kitchen on the 2nd floor was under.
I used to take deliveries so it would just be me and one other in the pub and i saw someone walk past the open part of the kitchen that looks out onto the floor. I rang the only other girl in the pub and she was in the cellar ( i know its not a prank because the cellar had a specific phone and there sno way she could of got down there in time). This happened more than once and always seemed to be the same figure going past even if i only ever caught a glance.
I left that job about a year later. And a year later after that the pub burned down and is no longer open and the fire started overnight. Maybe she missed me? ha. I dont know, all i know is im a sceptic and i know what i saw. For anyone wanting to look it up the pub was called "The Tivoli" on Chesterton road In Cambridge UK. I dont know what the theatre/picture house was called long before that sadly.

I haven't seen one, but definitely experienced paranormal when I was in the Navy. Sailor died on one of the planes and lights would go on when no power was on the plane, freezing cold and breezes (inside the plane) , whispers, and a feeling of being watched while working were very common. I refused to work alone on that plane.

i go back and forth on my belief in ghosts. i dont believe in an afterlife so ghosts are hard for me to take seriously.. but i have an experience that is hard to reconcile with my beliefs. I was 13 y.o. and at my friends house. his family was quite well off due to the business the owned, which was a retirement home. they lived on the second floor of the retirement facility with the business being on the MASSIVE first floor. one night we were all in his sisters room hanging out, and i went into his room to grab something, and when i came out i could see straight down the hall into the kitchen. I saw a tall person with long frizzy white hair standing by there phone, looked like they were reading something on the counter. the were facing away from me so i couldnt see there face. right after i saw them the walked away from the counter and out of my view deeper into the kitchen. my thought was 'who was that?' so i walked the short hall and entered the kitchen expecting to see someone in the other side of the room with no way out, but the room was empty. i dont know if ive even been so shook. i slowly retreated and went back to my friends, and told them what id saw, the only one who believed me was my friend who lived there cause he said 'sounds like gwen, she passed away last week'. she was always sneaking into the upstairs at night and reading their notebook by the phone, which is where i saw this figure. she was also a tall women, who usually wore a white night gown. weird experience

Once when I was around 10 or 11 years old I was going to bed and I woke up to see some figure that looked like my dad but also looked like my Dads Dad (my grandfather) and I said "Dad is that you" and it disappeared. My grandfather had been dead for several years before that, and the last time I saw him was when I was 2 and I didn't remember meeting him. To this day I feel like he watches over me somehow
