This is just such a typical thing to feel and it can be really annoying. I always try to tell myself I am good enough and I dint have to compare myself, but I think it’s normal for almost everyone 😌🌸

Very very wonderful, I myself going to move from NRW to Niedersachsen to live in a Meditationcenter.
My Ego found hundreds of points not to do it but my heart thousands to do it.
In which area do you live in Denmark? I was there 2022 for a course in Cranio Sacral Therapie near Sonderburg.
