    I have commented before that this meditation has CHANGED MY LIFE!! I cannot find the words to express the deepest appreciation I feel for you. I am anxiety free Thanks to this meditation and it has inspired me to do the same thing for someone else. I have been listening to a lot of hypno-meditations ever since(this was my first one) I just came back to experience it once again to realize that so far it the most powerful of all I have experienced.I know that every person is different and perceives it differently byt I feel the need to tell my story!     I had my 7 yr old daughter listen to this with headphones aftet she had just cried to me about feeling bullied and isolated at school. I didn't have the exact words to take away her pain and I knew it was a confidence issue. She did seem very relaxed and better after words and then went to bed. Her energy felt lighter and brighter. Thank you!

    These videos have been such a blessing to me..I am a very stressed out college student that suffers from Bipolar disorder and social anxiety. These videos help level out my mood and slow down my thoughts when my mind starts to race with so many thoughts. Also, I used to shake with nervous tention during public speaking..but now thanks to your videos this has gone away! My sleep cycle has improved aswell!

    woke up with a huge smile across my face. there were times throughout this session I felt i was going deeper and deeper, then i would be shocked back awake and at the times i felt more awake during the session your voice calmed me and it wasnt long before i was deep in a trance state again. This is a wonderful feeling. I will be back once a day for a week. Thank you very much! Cheers

    Another way to build up your self confidence is to not focus on all of the people around you. You can't please everyone, its not your fault and you can't control what people think about you. Just never change yourself for anyone. Even if you think that its possible to make everyone like you, its not. There's always going to be somebody or even people who think your not worthy of something or that your not good enough or pretty enough. Their opinion doesn't matter, don't stoop down to their level. I have seen people bully others and talk about them behind their back. It isn't right. Those people are the ones who usually end up with nothing. The saddest word in my dictionary is ALMOST because it means that you were really close to a goal but you gave up. Don't dwell over what other people think of you. Their opinion doesn't matter, yours does.

    I used to be really quiet everywhere, I wouldn’t speak to anyone unless I really had to. I didn’t want to go places with classmates I knew, and I never had sleepovers with anyone. I always got really nervous near anyone who wasn’t in-home family and I hated it. I found this video just a few months ago and decided to try it. IT CHANGED MY LIFE. Recently, I have had less and less problems talking to people and being open to other people. Thank you so much for making this! It has really helped me!

    As I usually listen to your videos when I'm tired or want to relax, I tend to fall asleep in a few minutes after going into trance. Still, I wake up every single time when I hear you start counting during dehypnosis. It's amazing! Thank you.

    Morning can be a good time to use this session, particularly in the first hour after waking up; your mind is more receptive at this time, and it can set you up for the rest of the day...

    I am going to try listening to the shorter versions of this before I have my weekly horseback riding lesson. A few years back, I fell off a horse and it was almost fatal, and now I get tense a lot before I ride. I love riding more than everything and want to keep doing it, so I'm hoping listening to these sessions before I ride will let me calm down and gain some inner confidence. I listened to this one and I felt a lot more stress free and it allowed me to sleep. Thanks so much!
