As always ... really good show Vasily. The joy is written all over Sister. What a contribution You are making to her life. Just keep doing what You do so well.
love to see someone your age as knowledgeable as you are and also love the endings simply because you say god bless you , keep it up and god will continue to bless you
Sweet build, that thing has loads of torque. I would go up 2 teeth on the primary sprocket and add an adjuster on the throttle cable going to the carb, so your sister can handle it and you can rip on it by a simple adjustment. Thanks for adding captions. I can watch at work now. Haha.
@@Room1sixtyfive agreed. Air:fuel is too important. But he could adjust the effective length of travel of the throttle cable with an adjuster which would effectively limit power right?
Coolest big brother ever! Seeing that great, big smile on your sister's face must have made it worth all the hard work! Well done, sir. Well done indeed.
Right? I just started my 13 year old daughters fabbing up a frame for thier KTM 450 based kart. I have had them in the fab shop with me for 4 years between dance class and modeling shit. Pro tip if you have pretty daughter, apply lathe coolant occasionally...keeps the boys away
Just came across your channel. Nice work! I do enjoy seeing a younger crowd being knowledgeable about building and wrenching on custom projects. Plus the smile on your sister's face pretty much says it all.
Hey man been doing collision repair for more ten years dnt plastic weld it get your self some epoxy glue it is strongest glue out there we glue quarter panels on with it in body shops u can get it at auto zone or any auto shop lile it just give it alittle scuff and a alcohol wipe then glue it it literally will snap before the glue fails. Trust me u would be super happy with the outcome. Great build and your cool brother to your sister.
Vasily, bro, you my friend are an awesome amazing big brother and I know that your Lil sister appreciates all that you are doing for her so keep up the GR8 work brother, we're looking forward to seeing you guys riding beside each other!!!!!! P.s. love all that you do for the channel so keep up the great work My brother from another mother!
What a great brother you are. Props bud. I'm the baby of the family so all my siblings are older than me. None of them do anything like that for me lol on another note...if you still have the old bed for it, just hollow it out and mount it on there. At least it will look like it has a bed and you can still get to the motor easily.
Hey Vasily!!!, Stop laying down on the job! 😜😁 (When you were welding.) You a "Great" big brother!!! 👍👍👍 Never ever change that love for your family!!! And I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that "Lil' Sis" was scared and having a blast at the same time burning donuts!!! "The proof is in the pudding"... Just watch her face as she's riding her whip. (Follow me now) Her smile was so big that if she didn't have ears the top of her head would have fell off!!! Thanks for the awesome vid and keep makin' "Lil' Sis" scream with excitement!!!
Try welding the plastic with High-density polyethylene = HDPE. There is also Low-density polyethylene = LDPE. Some times it's a Cross Link, kind of a mix which doesn't weld. Hope it help's.
That body is made out of either Polyethylene or Polypropylene. The way to tell is, take a sharp blade and scrape a sliver of the body off. Light it on fire and blow it out. If it smells like candle wax, it's Polyethylene. You will have to get filler rod to weld it (I used to weld plastic for a living). Put a slight bevel on the two pieces you are joining together and make sure the surface is clean (we used Acetone to clean it). Also, use some 80-100 grit sandpaper to roughen the surface before welding. You can grind it down with 100 grit, but to make it smooth you will have to scrape it smooth. Take an old Sawzall blade (or any hardened steel blade) and grind the edge flat so it leaves a bit of a sharp corner. Use that to scrape it smooth. It takes a little practice to get it right, but it will look like one piece when you're done. Great build!
@@VasilyBuilds Yes you can. LDPE is soft and more flexible, but not as strong. HDPE is more dense and rigid. All three will weld together. Be sure to test your heat setting. If you get a runny waxy look when filling it's too hot and will come apart. PE is the easiest of plastics to weld no matter what variation of it. Reach out if you need any more help. Keep up the good work.
If she gets used to the touchy gas pedal on this, she can drive a Challenger Hellcat lol ... those things r real touchy at the gas. Keep doin it buddy. Great work. Love your videos
Yeah I saw it was buckled afterwards you guys must have stopped filming or something for a minute and then it got buckled but At first she put that helmet on and did not Buckle it and I thought you guys are just going to go for it the job for keeping her save and get your a good Big Brother it's nice to have good family out there someone like you
The oil dipper broke because you didn’t put a spring on the governor shaft, which meant that the oil dipper while turning with tha conrod smashed into the governor arm. That’s also why it’s bent. But awesome video tho, keep it up!
Maybe a juggeranut driver from gopowersports will tame the sensitivity. I just put one my bike and the the difference is night and day. I had the same problem(very jerky and abrupt)but now it’s very smooth when I give it gas.
Im seein vids (rve bbn from people id never watch again) KILLIN Builds. Did someone get then hooked on suttin? A girl? Maybe not gettin along? Power struggle?
That's cool you did that for your little sister and you I would like to do something like that for my son at 6 years old but finding stuff like that it's hard to find and having the money to get it
Hey vasily, insted of a plastic welder i have had much better luck just taking a soldering knife on highest heat and using that to simply melt the plastic together. It might not be as pretty looking but it should create a much much stronger bond
I think that's ABS plastic.A good bet would be to use JBWeld for Plastic to seam the body together, then paint over. The Juggernaut is going to be too crazy unless you put a pedal stop for the throttle, and lower the gears a bunch more.I hope you and Your's stay safe, and Blessed too.
Got really lucky with the engine failure! Hope y'all enjoy, and stay safe. Bonus upload for this week!
Should add some suspension on it
YES
Hook a small easy spring on the gas cable to help with the jumping
Vasily Builds where's the shifter cart man ?
This is really great what your doing for your sister. Siblings are your best friend never forget that
I love how you are simultaneously adding horsepower, and turning it down at the same time

One happy little sister. Good to se the closeness between big brother and little sister.

im going to try the burn test. If it is polyethelyne, can hdpe be welded to pe? Does it matter if it is ldpe or hdpe?
