I’m confused at what you’re surprised about truly, Mark at 6:55. They didn’t have the technical acumen to play ten Hag’s system. Thus why we had to revert back. Now you’re wondering why these same players can’t play in amorims system.

"I had a conversation with Sir Alex and I told him that to me Manchester united is a house in terrible state . And the point is not even about buying new furniture. It's about Cleaning the house first. I told the board before we even think of buying new furniture let's make sure we have a clean house. Take away the old. Clean the tables and the walls and put air freshener. And then you bring nice new furniture in a fresh house. Right now we Have 0 new furniture and a dirty old house which is why I said that taking this club In that state ahead of Liverpool Chelsea arsenal and spurs last season was an incredible achievement this is a 6th to 9th level team "

Mark, many of these players grew up poor and hungry. For them getting these fantastic contracts and wage is MAKING IT big time. NOWHERE else would have they made anywhere close to the money the incompetent Glazer henchmen GIFTED them. The big house, cars, jewelry, … in their head they have MADE IT big time.
Winning games or trophies have NO important place in their life goals. Rashford, Shaw, and Antony are the archetype of such mentality. It's written on their faces when they are on the pitch.
These guys are NOTHING like a Ronaldo who came from very poor background but his mentality demanded success and winning. It was his life goals from start. United players are from wayyyyy lesser levels.

How many decent managers do we have to go through before the club clock onto the fact that they're never going to get out of the mess they've created over 10 years or more unless they back the right manager FULLY for as long as it takes, regardless of results in the first season? I would honestly keep Amorim even if we ended up getting relegation. At least that way we'd see an exodus of the many, many overpaid and substandard players that we have in the first team. It's NEVER going to work having managers for 2-3 seasons before sacking and hiring again and thinking the club will inch it's way back into good shape. You have to allow a manager to tear apart the first team squad and rebuild it with players that perfectly fit the system they want to play. Unfortunately that's going to take at least 3 years with the ridiculous contracts that club has handed out to players that should have been sold but that's not the managers fault. It's time to stick with a manager for the long haul, allow them to remove and buy the players they want and properly back them to see a project though. There is no other way, we've seen it with our own eyes for 10 years

When players and coaches are getting signed for the club there’s so much hype and expectation. I can go as far as saying they were one the best at their club but for some reason after a few months at man Utd they aren’t good anymore. How can we keep blaming them?
The problem began when SAF left. Instead of allowing Mike Phelan or other asst coaches to take the job, we allowed Moyes in with his coaches, inherited a championship team but yet struggled immensely. The club hasn’t recovered to this day and every time there is a manager change, it’s someone completely different to the previous. We then go through an overhaul of players and playing style to suit the manager’s philosophy every 2nd to 3rd season and we are surprised where we at in the table and how we are playing. To be fair, Everton for the short period under Ancelotti looked 100% better and more interesting, some coaches will do tactical approach to their players and make teams better, like sir alex, for some reason the new thing is "we must play the same way every game and having the ball more means that we are a cooler team". I honestly don't think this is going to be the success but it may lead to some players leaving and renewal of the squad.

Also Italian clubs will not be able to match his current wages, so he will need a small ish pay off to go too.

Quick facts: United isn't made for Amorim, it was made for Ten Hag for £200 millions. That's Ten Hag's team since the INEOS idiotically renewed his contract for no reason then almost instantly sacked him. You can't simply change the whole team in the middle of the season, you can only fix some parts and that may be the last breath for United. It's a dangerous situation for sure, and this danger means RELEGATION.

The main problem i feel, is that Amorim has been hyped beyond compare, and a decent spell at Sporting, has spewed the press into overdrive . The system, the system, the system and what now?. He is already looking haunted. His soul is struggling. Everyone said Ollie had to be appointed full time at this phase because he was a utd legend that had put his arm around a few players and 'voila' . He needs time to prove himself. We talk about different players after different games.None of them have proved themselves. The only one who is defo screwed is Anthony. Wait until the end of the season. The only one who has looked good .Maybe Diallo? Maybe...Let's wait a few months.
