I remember school dances in the '80's!! This song ALWAYS played at every school dance!! I miss those days! Thank God I grew up during the 70's and 80's!!! Graduated high school in 1987! It was an amazing time! All the music from 60's 70's and 80's was the perfect soundtrack for anybody's life. Wish we could go back to a simpler time! No cameras everywhere, no phones in your hand, just enjoying the experience of life.

As I was leaving his place, after an evening of watching tv shows, he grabbed my arm, pulled me back inside, pushed me (gently, not violently people) against the door and kissed me like I had NEVER been kissed!! Long story short, we just celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary on August 28th and our 26th Kissiversary on November 5th.

The blue faced women in the window is a reference to all the fish in the sea. He closed the window to show he wasn't interested in the fishing because he found the one of his life. So he brought his ship into the shore and threw away his oar forever. He was ready to settle down with the love of his life. He found his love.
I think it was more about the music and words .And the greatness in the ability to write and play your own music ! Videos were a way so that more people had access to Music On A Thing Called MTV .Most Videos don't have anything to do with the music !
Time for me to fly, Roll with the changes are two of the best rock anthems of the 80's. This was a great song but I would of started with the hard stuff.
