I think at this point, anyone not planning to automate from day 1, regardless of how many days it takes to get there, is planning to fall behind. Even if only a cobot and auto-vises, it is very-much the next most reasonable step before adding a first employee.
The machines aren't taking your jobs, they are asking you to use them so you can create your own job. They are not dumbing it down, you're just not smart enough to know how to use them like this man.
