- Cooper’s parents were advised to abort him during their pregnancy. They decided against this and he was born with arthrogryposis and TARS. Cooper is now six and teaching his family what it means to truly love.
I love him so much. He seems like the sweetest kid ever, I wish him only the best in life.

I grew up knowing a kid with (I’m assuming) the same condition and that guy was one of my greatest friends growing up. Not only that, but I believe that guy is doing hella well in this world. He’s my age and I am 32 and I imagine his life is as successful (if not more) than my own. I haven’t talked to that guy in ages but I pray he’s well and this kid as well. Don’t ever stop believing yourself, Cooper! And to his older brother; don’t ever stop being you as well, little guy. 👍🏼

I work for the Red Cross, and I continually hear stories like these. Families needing blood, platelets, or plasma transfusion’s. It’s not always easy. A lot of long-tough days, but these kind of stories are why I love my job!
