I made a 1/2 circle with a big roll of tape and cut mine with a jigsaw. It made 97% perfect 'rounds' then I belt-sanded to perfection (only takes less than a minute).

There's a few ways to acheive legs of course. The majority of builders issues is either the angle, or making sure the hole is drilled perfectly center width wise on the leg.

What type of wood do you use? Plywood or pine boards? That blank looks like a nicer piece than I can find at the big box stores.

We use B2 birch from Menards! Our plans are for all plywood builds!
