For me also, that's why i read only during the day. Try stretching or 10 minutes yoga for relaxation instead of book before sleep. For me IT works wonders:) i also use acupressure mate so my body relax even more before sleep. Highly recommend! ❤️

There is an advice that we should do skincare as early as possible n later when we r done with eating brush n floss But skincare experts suggest brushing before washing ur face.... Could you please clarify😅😅
Different magnesium compounds can react differently in your stomach. I can’t take magnesium oxide but magnesium glycinate is much more bioavailable and won’t stick to your gut the same way
