  • ALL ROADS LEAD TO NASHVILLE!
All roads along the 2024 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season will lead to Nashville, as the year-long championship battle will be settled and a champion crowned on downtown Nashville’s iconic Honky-Tonk row. The 2024 season awards ceremony will also take place in the Music City, on Sept. 16 at the iconic Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

Thank you so much MCGP owners group for posting this video and an even bigger Thank You for the improvements that will start with the 2024 MCGP!
In my opinion, to also help ensure long-term event success, the MCGP owners group would benefit by adding an electric vehicle class to the MCGP. The whole world is going the direction of electric and other hybrid-type drivetrains. FIA if already running a hybrid drivetrain in their top F1 class and they even created a pure electric class called Formula E that has raced for several years now. Indy had said they'd be adding a hybrid electric drivetrain for 2024 and fingers crossed that it happens.
But, hoping either Indy converts their Indy Lights class over to pure electric OR MCGP entertains the idea for adding a pure EV race class, as I see a few new EV racing classes coming online in the coming years.
So please keep improving the MCGP! And I feel that adding an EV class makes since from a current technology perspective, plus the state of Tennessee already builds 3 electric EVs with Nissan, VW & GM and Ford will soon add to that list, too. Tennessee is becoming an EV manufacturing leader and so why shouldn't our racing landscape reflect that direction, too?
Also, thanks to MCGP for adding the Saturday night race this year. I think the night racing should be expanded to include Fri night next year and the night racing should be a better fit on the downtown side, too. And as much as I'd like to see the Indy Cars start their race Sat evening and finish under the lights, it would be sweet but don't know how hard or costly it would be to light the track with today's led technology... ??
Thanks for the continual improvements, MCGP and I can't wait to see what happens in 2024 and beyond!

Well I see where GT series isn't going to be there next year. If GT SST and SRO isn't there, I and others won't be there. Also not a new fan of the paddock/layout for 2024. Sucks because I loved all three past years.
