I feel like our knitting mirrors each others. I have a gift blanket and a scrappy blanket, a shawl (just finished 3 sweaters), and, of course, socks in progress now! Love your channel! Thanks so much for sharing your knitting adventures!
Summer sock camp has been so much fun! I have so many new cast-ons thanks to all the the enabling in the group. Now I need to get knitting and finish some! Love all of your socks!
Always enjoy a new episode from you! Absolutely love seeing all your sock projects and I’m really loving your advent striped blanket! Very pleased you are a 3 Jeep family!
I don’t like to swatch either! Glad I’m not alone in that 😊 Thanks for sharing all your love for knitting and not worrying whether you swatch like others or not.
Kay! I love seeing all the small businesses supported by your channel! Thanks for introducing me to so many yarny things I would’ve never come across otherwise!
Socks, dish cloths, hats, a sweater. There is never enough knitting time. Knitting is such a nice escape from the insanity that is tourist season in Montana! We have also had our share of roller coaster weather. Highs here have been fluctuating between 60's and 80's. We still have the 20 to 30 degree cool downs every night. It's rarely too hot for handknit socks!
As always, I feel so inspired after watching one of your episodes. I never thought I would become a sock knitter, but knitting socks brings me so much joy. Thank you ❤
I honestly don’t know how you find the time to squeeze in project time in your busy days. I try and try, it’s a miracle if I can find 30 minutes and if I do, staying awake is a challenge! But then you have more youth and energy than I do, lucky lady. 😊 Keep up the wonderful podcasts. I love everything you share! ❤️🍃
I’ve been loving bees for the last couple of years too. You’re inspiring me to use up my mini’s and make a jelly roll blanket so thank you for that and thank you for another wonderful podcast!
Your videos are so much fun to watch, and I always get a kick out of watching while knitting socks. But it’s always great because you show so many different dyers that are new to me. So thank you for your videos.
Oh loved this episode - hearing from someone else who doesn't swatch, just made my heart happy - I just knit, and like to enjoy what I do... thank you for sharing, I really appreciate it!
I must say after I got the hang of knitting socks, I CAN'T STOP!! LOL. They are sooo addictive. Scrappy was never my thing but ever since I knitted my first pair last week I want more! They were so carefree.
It is so wonderful Lilly is knit worthy:) there is nothing better than having someone especially a child who loves your hand knits. Such joy! I love the planning of projects. I follow Knitty knatty Natalie and enjoy how she does it as well. Thank you for another enjoyable relaxing having my coffee and knitting my first Ranunculus podcast 💜
I Loved your longer episode. So much fun to see what you are working on. Lily is so lucky, having the Crazy Sock Lady as an aunt. I am in awe of all of the prizes.
Thanks for another friendly chat. Your podcast really is like sitting down with a knitting buddy and talking all the yarny things. 😊 Caked yarn for my next pair of socks while listening. Summer sock camp is such an inspiration to knit all the socks.
Caught up! Wow, Kay; over the last few weeks I have binge watched every single one of your videos. It has been wonderful to see you blossom and grow since the beginning, but amazing also, to see it happen in 'quick time'. I am so very happy to be here, up-to-date, and joining in with my very first SSC and even entered a pair of finished socks for the first time too. You have such amazing friends and viewers that give so generously for giveaways and prizes. So grateful you are here; Blessing Always ~ Mo 🙏

I find it so enabling, in such a good way! Thank you. Wonderful podcast as usual - I was knitting away on the heel flap of one of my latest pairs of socks. Hope you have a wonderful week!
I love your temperature blanket and cozy memories. The Regia socks are such a beautiful blue. All the socks are awesome colors and I always look forward to seeing them completed. I like the cross stitch pictures and ornaments too. I havent swatched either, because I just enjoy the knitting or crocheting. But one lady commented to me, there is always a head for every hat you make and donate. So I really dont worry about size. Just enjoy it! Another pleasant episode to listen to.
Hey Kay, that altoids tin was a rite of passage for new yarn crafters in the knitting group I'm a part of. We call ourselves the Old Lady Knitting Gang. There are just two of us so far but we've been crafting for several years. My best-friend crochets and knits alittle. We each have other crafts that we do but we enjoy getting together and playing with yarn creating things. We even have a little mascot. Her name is Crochet and she is a crocheted doll that my friend got from a thrift store. The small tin would hold folding scissors, row counter, stitch marker and tape measure. I once saw an altoids tin on the shoulder of the exit ramp and had to jump out and pick it up. It was empty and I promptly cleaned it further and it now lives in one of my project bags.
I don't swatch either. :) But I have finished two pair of socks which were started b/c of Summer Sock Camp, and am working on the third--a knee high scrappy sock. After retirement, I learned to knit by watching your vanilla socks on dpns, and appreciate it every time I wear socks--not all vanilla, but all from the lessons I learned. I cross stitched a lot for many years; my eyes don't like me to do that anymore! Thanks for all!
Kay, thank you for another great episode! Always love seeing you've posted a new episode! Your Whisper in the Wind Socks now have me thinking I need to add another pattern to my collection and pair of socks to my "To Knit" list! Love the red, white and blue yarn ideas!
I’m almost finished with my first sock ever! I’m so excited to be making socks. Your vanilla sock pattern is what’s pushed me to do it. Thanks for all you do ❤
I am really enjoying Sock Camp and the conversation in the Chatter thread this year. Your enthusiasm on your podcast is contagious! Thank you for all you do!

I really enjoy knitting while watching your videos. Your work is so inspiring! I’m new to sock knitting and love all of your lovely color combination choices for the socks you make. Thank you!
I knit socks because of you and I was knitting a sock on world wide knit in public day. My friend asked new about the sock and I told her about you and your tutorials. She excitingly brought her half finished sock to show me and told me how easy YOU made it seem. THANK YOU😊
I'm knitting on my temp blanket as I'm watching this. I really like when you show something, you hold it up long enough to get a good look at it, whether it's a project bag or stitch marker or whatever. Good podcast!
You aren't alone in thinking this summer is flying by! I'm watching this on Sunday afternoon, June 25th. July 4th will be here before we know it! EEK...that's like halfway through summer break. Enjoy your family this summer.😊

Agreed! Gardening brings new appreciation for bees - they are wonderful! 🐝
