YES. I too was the biggest FNM fan and borrowed the first Bungle album on cassette from a friend. Wow. From then on me and my circle of were friends completely sold on this madness. I enjoy the three first abums (well the second one was a hard one to digest) more than most FNM albums - Angel Dust and Real Thing the ones excluded.
that's definitely one thing about Bungle... their sound is so dissonant that it becomes difficult to put your finger on it. 1000 different guitar players will play it 1000 different ways 🤣 Awesome to hear that you play great music.
This cover is really good. Most parts are pretty acccurate. Only the notes in the chorus riff aren't D, D#, E and F, but D, D#, F and F# (basically it's 0-0-0-0-1-0-0-0-0-1-3-4 not 0-0-0-0-1-0-0-0-0-1-2-3).

I never liked Faith No More, but loved this album .. and the next one too! My conflict was that I also loved RHCP!! hehe

That guitar is like a butterscotch orange... Sick tone though.
I almost refinished it last month but decided against it. The tone is a Fender Mustang Micro on the most tolerable distortion setting.
